I called them and called them and they kept me waiting until thirty days had lapsed now they are hassling me for the payment. I might go out of business because of this truck. If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would give a -10. My daughter purchased at 2010 GMC Terrain in September 2018. A-G had no business selling that vehicle because after one week, it was determined by reliable mechanics to be undriveable. When my daughter tried to get the issue resolved, A-G actually either avoided her calls or hung up on her when she called, and did their best to NOT resolve the problem. We submitted invoices for work done to make the car driveable, and A-G refused to acknowledge our requests. They are scam artists, they don't care about you, and are the reasons car salesmen get a bad rap. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Do NOT give them your business. read more

Just got off the phone with this guy and he was totally rude. All I was doing was inquiring about a minivan he had for sell and let him know I was interested in a trade-in. When I told him about my trade in he was very insulting and demeaning. He asked me "what I have been drinking and smoking." Wow, he must not sell much because I was immediately turned off and did not want to conduct business with him. Sounds like another sleazy used car salesman that give the good ones a bad name. Just bought a van here we were told it had never been in a wreck. The owner of the car lot lied, it has been in a wreck and is going to cost thousands to fix. First of all, this car dealership has been around for decades. People who are badmouthing honest business men and women in this day and age is just sad; just because you don't like someone's personal qualities doesn't mean you can take advantage of a hardworking company by disassociating the company from the industry in which the company could take great instrumental pride in being a professional associate of. I say: "taking advantage of" because this business has a total of 3 yelp reviews and that shows that the business doesn't understand social media as well as others as of now. Staying in business for decades without faltering in ideals is the sign of a reliable work ethic. If people read between the lines instead of having one poor encounter in which dealings went into what I can only assume was a difficult direction for one side would be helpful for both sides review-wise. If these ideals are tended to and raised properly people would actually learn and gain insight from applications such as yelp and operating systems such as google. Sadly small companies sometimes don't understand social media and how it can effect their economic transgressions. I hope that one day yelp and google reviews will start pushing companies up instead of down. I truly hope that reviews will no longer be on sided and will help both the company/corporation as well as the daily customers. The companies are not at fault for being in a state of learning; us customers of a modern market must take unto ourselves the hefty weight of helping those industries in need of our help, being unhelpful is one thing but pushing people along a path because of your own misguided views is just... Went here looking for a van due to good pictures and prices on the dealers website. Looked at a couple and was completely disappointed as we found dirty interiors, body damage, and dead batteries among other things. Good thing OKC has so much else to entertain with or this weekend would have been a complete waste. Save your time and don't bother going unless you're keen on doing some repairs after the sale. read more
