If you have 10th gen with ac problems even with extended warranty. Don't bother with this location. All they did for me was do a temperature test after keeping my car overnight and told me my ac is fine. Of course it's fine because I had to refill my freon last summer which was not cheap! I took it in so I don't have to keep refilling! But according to Jason Ludington "seepage" is normal. Leaks is not normal for a closed loop system. SMH read more

Took my car in less than a year ago. Not blowing any cold air from the AC. They said it was condenser and apparently replaced that. Same issue less than a year later. Apparently, it is the evaporator now and will cost another 1600 dollars. Apparently, mechanics cost 160 dollars per hour of labor here. Also, when I got my car back, now the passenger side vibrates heavily while idling suddenly. Just stay away from this one. read more

I recently had an issue with my air conditioner. And with these 100-degree temperatures, I can't be sweating like that in these streets...I need to stay cute! So, I called the service department and set up an appointment. When I got there, the person that processed me in was Joey. The entire time my car was there, Joey kept me informed...and even called me on his day off to give me an update. In talking with Joey, he is very knowledgeable and explained to me what the problem was and what needed to be fixed. Bought a 2021 Honda Civic hatchback. The economy right now is awful for car buying- as is probably common knowledge. This was supposedly a loaner before. Has 60,000 miles. I get it, it's a used car. As is. However, Be prepared for slimy service of hide and seek with body issues and interior damage out of sight. They charge new prices for polished turds. Now have to replace the inside of the hatchback because it is cracked and looks like someone did doughnuts with hammers in the very back. Salesman failed to show us that little detail. And the very thin metal on the drivers side doors from being overworked for repair from damage that somehow was not on the carfax. Probably dealership damage. BUYER BEWARE that the beautiful brand new Honda you are eyeing from this dealership could have a few issues due to employees driving it like they stole it. Friday 06/09/2023 around 2 pm on the eastbound I-240 service road, one such employee was speeding towards the dealership, cutting in and out of traffic and not bothering to signal in a pretty, white completely untagged brand new Pilot. I'm very glad I didn't make my recent vehicle purchase there if employees are allowed to misuse the inventory. I'm sure they're allowed to drive the vehicles but I'm equally sure they're supposed to do so while following the laws. read more

I called the receptionist to asked for transfer to my specialist and I called severally times and it went to voicemail and I also have left a voicemail. Incident July 10 morning. I called back again and my old phone number went straight to voicemail and with no call operator, I called with the old number 10 times. I have to use a secondary number and it went right through and I was able to speak to same call operator that blocked my call. I spend $800 not to receive this kind of service. Please have your manager call me the last I will use your service. -------- April 22 2019 1040AM when I had my car dropped off for oil change and they called me but didn't leave a voicemail. When I called back they told me car is ready for pickup. My advisor did not tell me that the car needed a new drivebelt and new tires. They should have told me that if I wanted it replaced when I called. Instead now I have to come back again for service and that will take me another time off work and it could be dangerous of driving. I am more concern about drive belt badly cracked. None of these were addressed during pickup or on the phone. I came and pick up my car they gave me a paper saying customer refused service which is a lie. I left leaving the car unfixed because they never discuss it with me. It also took them 20 minutes to find where my car was parked. I hope you can pass this along for better experience next time. Terrible customer service. They were really rude ( especially the service advisor I worked with). I have worked in customer service for many years so im usually very understanding of certain situations but the people I worked with that day seemed to not give a single crap about the customer. I was also charged $50 more for a regular oil change than the price I would pay at my old Honda dealership before I moved here. When I kindly asked why this was so much more, the employee could care less. He simply said "thats just how much it is". I've been to other Honda dealerships and have always had a pleasant experience. This place was far from that. I would much rather drive farther to another location then go there again. read more

Bought my Accord here because they have been in business for years and that says something to me. Also, I have all the servicing done here which so far has only been oil changes. When I bought my car, the salesman was very patient as I started with a Civic and then decided I should have an Accord and then I wanted a blue one. They didn't have the color I wanted, but he found me one in Texas had it brought to OKC. I was a happy girl. All service has been professional from the check in at the Service Bay to the cashier at the end of the service. I have never felt pressured to have something done to my car that may of been "found" or suggested by Honda based on my mileage. They very nicely, tell me that Honda recommends whatever and I thank them and tell them maybe next time, and I get a I understand, thank you back. My daughter was driving to Ft Worth from Indianapolis, IN today when her AC went out in the 100+ heat. She stopped at Eskridge late in the day with no appointment. They greeted her immediately and after making sure she and her German Shepard got cooled off and had the water they needed, they looked at her car. I have dealt with the service department and the dealership side of Eskridge. I will say the service side of Eskridge would get a 4 or 5 stars from my experience. The sales side would get negative stars if that was possible. I bought a car back in May. I shopped three local Honda dealers. This was buy far the most high pressure that I experienced in the buying process. I had to basically lie to them to get out of the show room. I was planning on buying a Honda regardless. Unprofessional and not a well oiled facility at ALL. I am a nurse and I work twelve hour shifts. I saw a car on this lot on Sunday and told my mother to go on Monday to drive it and I trust her judgement and had her put a $500 deposit down on the vehicle so we could pick up the vehicle today (Tuesday). I get a phone call that our salesmen Keaton did NOT follow protocol and apparently did NOT let anyone know that a deposit was put down so another car salesmen came along and SOLD the car this afternoon that I put a deposit down on to hold to purchase this evening! I'm livid! There is nothing this dealership could do to make this right unless they get the car back or get me in a Honda for the price I was willing to pay for the car they sold. Would not recommend at all. To make matters worse, they say if you don't get the car that you put the deposit down for.. they keep the money! That's right, they keep the money you put down to hold a vehicle if you change your mind, but yet they apparently will sell a vehicle that you also put a deposit down for them to hold. Terrible. Wife had to take her car in for her third airbag recall, very easy to make an appointment, she added on an oil change/maint. check the day before her appt., and it took an hour and 15 minutes to get it all done. In addition, they have an electronic sign board up with your name, service advisor, and status of your appt. (in progress, invoice, etc.), so you know what's happening to your car at all times, she also said the machine had pretty decent lattes for a machine. Very well-run and nice service dept. read more

Went to Eskridge Honda and was met by Harry. He was pleasant but I was looking for the best deal. Their selection is lacking and there was only 1 2013 Honda Accord Coupe 4cylinder. I was told that they were more apt to come down on price on the 2013 to get the inventory out the door. So I finally decided to go with the with the only choice... After playing their cat and mouse game... The best they could do was 20701 with a couple of accessories. I kept them there till almost 9pm... And the manager wanted me to make the deal. He asked me to put the 500 down ...I requested that I get 34 hrs to change my mind since I wasn't picking up the car. The manager refused and said I won't get the same deal tomorrow since he was not working. I finally walked away. That night I did some research and that price wasn't bad, but decided to check out another dealer. I ended up buying it elsewhere for 1050 more but a color I prefer and a 2014 model. I got a call from Harry today saying bad weather was coming in and it was slow... Wanted to know if I was interested... I told him I bought the car yesterday and told him the price... All of a sudden he could match that but said I didn't care for a 2014. Don't lie to me... I am there for the best bang for the buck... I basically told him his manager screwed him. Overall it wasn't that bad but Battison Honda has a better selection, free oil changes and the manager isn't a prick telling me that I am a big boy who can make my own decisions. read more

I found a car I really liked online there. Called, spoke to a sales person who confirmed the availability. Applied for credit and was assured that financing would not be a problem. So I drove nearly 3 hours to buy it, signed paperwork and left with the vehicle. 28 days later I was told the loan was rejected and I needed to find a cosigner or return the vehicle. I got a cosigner and was again approved. We took an additional nearly 3 hour drive back to the dealership to sign new paperwork but we didn't make because the car broke down. The dealership came and picked us up, gave me a loaner car and said they would bring the car back to me, along with the paperwork when it was fixed. At this point I was fairly impressed with the customer service. However when the vehicle I had purchased was ready and delivered the paperwork was wrong and listed my cosigner as the buyer which we had not agreed to. They told me there was no other way. So since we were not willing to sign this way, the car was sent back. Less than 2 hours later the dealership called and said that they were able to list me as the buyer after all and new arrangements were made to deliver the car. This happened without issue and I thought everything was good. A full 6 weeks after I originally left the dealership with the car they informed me again that the loan did not go through and the car needed to be returned, which I did the same day. They deducted $150 from my down payment. Now I have 14 hard inquires on my credit and I'm getting letters for denial of credit stating that the requested loan was for an amount more than 40% higher than I needed. I called the dealership today to ask for an explanation as it is hard to believe that this wasn't a major factor in the loan not being approved. Their answer? "I have no idea." Do not recommend without exemplary credit. I have poor credit but my cosigner had excellent credit. read more

I usually bring my Honda here for an oil change. I don't always make an appointment, but there's never a line, and they do full checks. Always super friendly, and not the kind of mechanics to "find" unnecessary things wrong. The lobby has computers and internet, so you can keep yourself occupied. It is right off the highway, on a service road I guess. Sometimes they have month-long specials on oil changes, and they might for other services, so if that is your thing, you can always call and ask. read more
