This place is AMAZING! I found it here on Yelp. The reviews made me make a reservation. I got the 90 minute Swedish massage with the hot stones. Setting up the reservation was easy over the phone. They also call the day before with a reminder. They will also text you the address. This was helpful as it slightly tucked away. The building is not in a shopping plaza. It's a cute little building sitting off by itself across from the school. I was booked with Kelly. She reviewed my form to discuss my problem areas. She was amazing. She explained everything she was doing. She will adjust pressure if needed. By the time she finished I had passed out. I hadn't fallen asleep during a massage in such a long time. She recommended on my next visit to do the deep tissue. Needless to say my next booking will be what she suggested. She reminded me to hydrate afterwards. (Definitely hydrate afterwards). They also provided a bottle of water once you are complete. Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage. read more

I really liked this place. I've only been once so I can only rate off of that experience. I went on a Sunday morning right after they opened. Most places don't open until 12 on Sundays so that was definitely a plus. The guy that did my feet was very nice. And I love when the massage is a little rougher. Shirley has magical hands. I woke up with extreme neck pain, and I'm pretty sure I was having a muscle spasm. Got an appointment immediately, saw Shirley who was extremely friendly and caring. This lady knows how to do a deep tissue massage--as you would expect someone who's done this over 17 years!! She continuously asked me if I was ok throughout the massage and asked me if the pressure was ok. She also communicated to let me know when She would hit "the spot", giving a deeper massage in my tight areas. She really cared about my pain and getting rid of the pain so she tried all different methods like cupping, different stone shapes for a deeper touch, different massage machines, and I was so relaxed. My neck pain was 100X better than when I walked in. I could feel the deep tissue effects a day later, as I was sore--in a good way! We went and had a couples massage. Brenda and Jessica did not disappoint. They were awesome from start to finish. Brenda was my therapist and when I left I felt so relaxed. My boyfriend and I got 90-minute Swedish full body massages today. I was with Shirley and my boyfriend was with Janet. From start to finish we both had great experiences. When we first arrived, we were greeted immediately and given the paperwork to fill out. The receptionist was very nice. After about 5 minutes, our masseuses came to meet us. Throughout the massages, Janet and Shirley were friendly, checked on us throughout the massages, gave us advice on how to avoid future body aches, and made sure we were relaxed. They also made sure to focus in on our problem areas such as our shoulders and backs. At the end of the experience, Shirley gave us two large goodie bags of Epsom salts for bathing. They smell amazing! She also gave us water bottles and reminded us to hydrate. Although I'm not from the area, I would definitely come back next time I'm in Shreveport! I love this place. Hands down the best massage! I never leave disappointed. Every single therapist I've seen all do an amazing job.

I've seen several therapist at this spa. I have never had a bad massage here. I call sometimes at the last minute and the ladies at the front desk are always nice and try hard to accommodate my needs. It's not the fanciest relaxation room in town. Just had a massage from Andrea at the Bert Kouns location. She did a fantastic job! Went above and beyond. I purchased a Swedish massage and she did some deep tissue work on my shoulders and neck (where I hold stress) for free. I cannot say enough good things about the massage I got today. My therapist was Masani and she was absolutely wonderful. I went in with severe lower back pain.
