Drove two hours for my touch up appointment. She made a few passes and then her machine "broke". She said she had ordered another one but it wasn't going to be there until Monday. (Why did you let me drive 2 hours knowing your machine was questionable) and yes she knew I was driving two hours to get there. Also, during this second appointment she had he husband come hold me because "I was blinking" and she tried to do something she called lifting the ink to clean up her lines from before. It was clear she knew she messed up. I was so upset with the whole experience I found someone else to go to. For starters they took one look and she she messed up bad. I was in their chair maybe 10mins and had absolutely no bruising except where she had worked earlier that day. He had no problems holding my eyes. I now have to go back to the new person a few times so they can do cover up and clean up her mistakes. JUST DON'T DO IT! Don't trust the good reviews.

She oozes with lies and it is sickening to see Larissa represent a woman like Jeannie with deep roots in faith, honesty, and helping the community begin to tarnish that reputation. Few examples - Larissa comes out and compliments my wife on losing weight...then tries to sell her on the ultrasonic liposuction...fast forward a few minutes later when my wife asks her something specific about a past treatment, Larissa says "I don't remember everyone that I treat, I don't know." Oh really...how did you know she lost weight? Next we get to the price argument. Jeannie ran a special, just like she is doing now on groupon for a full body laser hair removal for $499. Larissa won't hear of it. She claims there is a doctor she needs to pay. Or that laser costs $1200 minimum. Compares Bossier to Dallas. Uses choice words to make the customer feel like a liar. She even goes as far to say that Groupon made an error and she demanded they take the ad down (untrue, since I am close friends with Eric and Rich...co-founder and current CEO respectively, and a quick chat uncovered this lie). Groupon is going to flag The Skin Station and reach out to the 63 customers who bought the Extra Large Area coupon to verify Larissa "turned them away" as she claimed. Hopefully this was the only true thing she said meaning a permanent ban from Groupon due to breach of contract. Jeannie needs to keep Larissa secluded to the back room on the laser and keep her away from any type of customer sales interaction. You never know who she will lie to and the adverse impact it will have in the long term. Get someone honest to represent the business and I am sure you'll recover.

She seemed eager to prove she can be/could be super deep with the pressure. It was unbearably rough and hard so I had to ask her to go softer in 1 area. This company is a scam. Watch out going there. They called my wife asking to book her for a…read moremessage. She told them that she would talk to me about it and get back with them. A few days later I get a text and a call from them asking about my appointment with them. I told them I didn't have one and they would have to talk to my wife about it. I have never been there before. So I told them to call her. They told me that they needed her number. I gave it to them and I call my wife. She told me they was wanting us to come in for a massage and that she told them she would talk to me about it and that was all that was said. A week later a $250 charge on my wife's bank account. She call them and they said it was for a no show charge. She didn't give them her card number or make a appointment. They pulled her info from almost a yr ago and changed her for a appointment that was never made.
