When I confronted the crew, they insisted the leaves were already there. Today I filled four bags with leaves they had blown over--the pile even contained dried hydrangea blooms. My neighbor has a hydrangea bush on the opposite side of the shared hedge, which makes it pretty clear where the debris came from. They tossed leftover gutter pipes that match the neighbor's house onto my property as well. My gutters are white. They do the same thing to the neighbor on the other side.

They did provide the work we requested for a spring cleanup but part of that estimate was for weekly lawn service. When they didn't show the 1st week we called & they said they'd be here today. They were a NO SHOW! No phone call either. We know of 2 other people who contracted with them & 1 said they were a no show last weekend, the 2nd person is expecting them this weekend but is now concerned. If they didn't want the work they should of said so...VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. It's official, they were a no show for the 2nd person this weekend. They solicited our neighborhood for work, provided estimates, why bother if you weren't interested in the work. UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

The first time I talked to Sal, he understood what I was going through. He said 9 out of 10 landscapers are just running weekend operations whereas he runs a 7 day operation with multiple crews. My lawn looks GREAT. They just finished my Spring Cleaning and what a difference it makes when you have crews that know their job and are good at what they do. After we paid him, I noticed he mulched a section that was supposed to be stones. We called him and he said, he misunderstood and to call him in 2 weeks and he would come back and put the stones. We've called him several times and left messages and he has not called us back. He did not trim the bushes in the front of the house, missed a few in the back yard and did not do very good at edging. I'm a little disappointed and p will not call him back to do work for us.
