It's interesting because both therapist said they had over 20 years of experience. But i can't understand how that's possible when my therapist had no flow, was awkwardly scraping me with a medal object and I felt no relief whatsoever after my session. I'm extremely disappointed. We tried writing to them to resolve our issue but no one responded back to us. I would recommend to try another place. Otherwise this place is a waste of money. Too bad for them. I really hope they will consider improving their service.

While on a short weekend getaway, we booked a couple's massage for Saturday evening. When you check in at the spa, you'll notice that it doubles as a gym-with bright lights and upbeat music that you would expect when you're working out. But then you are directed to the opposite side where there is a quiet relaxation room with dim lights, a warm fireplace and soft music. Much better. You're also given a robe and slippers to change into. I got two right feet, but I wasn't going to wear them for long, so I didn't worry about it. The massage room was warm and comfortable-also with soft music and aromatherapy, if desired. Our massage therapists were both good, although mine didn't ask about pressure preferences or specific areas I'd like to focus on. I went ahead and told her, but thought it was unusual that she didn't ask that up front. The overall feel of the spa is comfortable yet laid back. Almost like an afterthought to the hotel. But it got the job done and we left relaxed.

I used to have a monthly membership at Burke Williams spas and I feel like this place is very comparable, just on a slightly smaller scale. Great experience overall.

She walked me all the way up to the rooftop pool so I could get in a pre-massage hot tub soak and gave me a great book recommendation based on the book I was reading! She also noticed my husband and I were booked for 2 separate services and she graciously changed it from 2 separate rooms to a couples massage. Now for the massage, I had Rob and the experience was probably top 3 massages I've ever had. It was literally massage THERAPY. From the moment he greeted me at the relaxation room, he started rubbing my shoulders and immediately put me at ease. During the massage he was gentle when needed and firm in tight places too, but never ever painful. I could literally feel pent up tension and trauma leave my body as he worked on me. It was an incredible journey and I am so thankful. I didn't catch my husband's massage therapist's name but he was also very happy with his service. He is a professional athlete so he's had his fair share of massages and he was thoroughly impressed. Overall 10/10 experience, will definitely be back!
