Kind of like an ombre but without the fade. By the time I got in to see Veronica at Grey Salon Studio, my color had lightened a bit but still wasn't right. Veronica fixed it, easily and beautifully. And gave me a terrific cut with much needed body and a more current style. BTW, I am horrible at styling my hair. When I sent her pictures with my complaint and desire to get a refund after she ruined my hair, she flat out denied she did it and blamed it on my sister when the photo was taken seconds after I had left the salon in the parking lot! This took $100+ off the bill. It was so refreshing to have someone consult on the health of my hair, as opposed to upselling or charging me extra. Book the blowout if you want to leave with dry hair. I showed pictures of the light highlights I previously had, and was requesting to replicate. After 4 hours and two different toners, I ended up precisely with red/brown highlights on the top, no visible highlights on the bottom...this was highly disappointing as I specifically booked at this salon, marketed as a color bar and expertise in coloring.
