I have been coming here 1-2x a year for about 4 years now. I have extremely thick and long hair, so I am very particular who I get my hair cut by. Every time I have been to Paisley salon they have done a great job, charged reasonable prices, and have been very welcoming and personable. Hello Ladies, Yesterday I posted regarding cost of full highlights, cut, wash and dry. My hair is shoulder length, on a good day..... This is my receipt from Paisley Salon, I was under the impression the cost would be $250. Apparently an automatic 10% tip plus extra added services.............. I contacted the hairdresser, Nahid, for a receipt and just now received this. Nahid was adamant that anything below this cost was Cost Cutters? Also, while ranting how hard she worked, cost of rent and supplies etc, "costs have gone up the past month" Speechless is a word that comes to mind. I really loved this salon, but when their credit card machine gives you a receipt, you tip well even when you have 3 inches of hair and get charged $60/65 hair cut, you sign and tip well. You are then contacted, texted and accused of not paying them. (?) I contacted my bank twice and they assured your payment indeed went through-and you are still told it's your problem by the owner. like I was a jerk and didn't tip or pay when I would NEVER do that. I can't bring myself to go back because that was just so offensive. Heartbreaking, but be careful when you scan your card. They may come after you accusing you of not paying, when you totally did. read more

I live over by southlands but have been driving over to Paisely to see Nahid for about 7 yrs now. She always understands what I am looking for and then cuts and styles my hair quickly so I am in and out. I have wavy hair that I either let air dry curly or straighten and I have difficulty finding stylists that can cut it keeping both styles in mind, but nahid does a wonderful job! read more

Devastated! MY HAIR IS RUINED! Sadly, my daughter and I had been a faithful customers to this salon for several years, but my trust, respect and loyalty has been lost. The time it will take to grow back my hair, still brings me to tears. Full highlights & Brazilian blow out came out embarrassingly uneven due to the bleach obviously leaking out of the foils resulting in damage from chemicals over heating. Also, using less then the correct amount of product for the Brazilian blowout process left my hair scorched beyond repair! Discouraged, I came back, in tears, 3 weeks later as Nahid was certain she "could fix it" - result was more length cut off & running some dry oil through, which did not fix anything. I've now had to cut over 9 inches off only to still look like the photos here! The last photo displays how smooth and beautiful my hair used to be. I'm further disappointed as I have not received a response after I requested a refund of the $550.00 I paid. I went off of the reviews on Yelp and I am happy with how my hair turned out. I was told however, that the price would start at $180 ($100 for full highlights and $80 cut) and it ended up being $360, so I am not sure why it doubled. I'm truly disappointed in this salon after todays perm. Their website states it starts at $60 for a perm (understandable) for short hair and I went in to get a perm and after about 3 hours I was charged $285.00 for a perm. I asked for an itemized receipt and they just gave me a receipt that said "long hair- perm" my hair is nearly below my shoulders so it would be medium but I received no cut, and no color. I washed my hair prior and they said they had to shampoo it cause it needs a special shampoo, so understandable "okay". They people there are very sweet and I went to them months prior and a hair cut and bang trim was $90.00 I believe. This is the perm I wanted and the perm I received. Please look at the photos below for the perm I wanted and the perm I received. On top of that, my hair tangles quite easily and instead of taking the time to remove the tangles, the stylist ripped them out. So there was about if not more a handful of my hair on the ground after I asked multiple times if I could brush my hair to help de-tangle it. Instead they said my ends are fried when I've never had my hair bleached. Truly disappointed and unsatisfied. I will be calling tomorrow to try and get a refund for this atrocity. Updated: went back today and Nahid tried to fix it and then cut off the "Fried" ends for free and rewashed the hair. Overall, She tried her best and she did give me a refund but she admitted she shouldn't have done it in the first place. As for me, unfortunately the hair will just have be what is it now I guess. Thank you for trying to fix it but definitely wouldn't do it again. read more

In what I thought would be a botched attempt to fit in with a social media fad, I came upon Paisley Salon with the idea of a perm in mind. I looked through the stellar reviews of this gorgeous spa and can I just say, had an extremely stellar visit. I have never been this happy with a haircut in my entire life (and I have had A LOT of hair phases). The stylist was extremely thorough in the perming process. She took great care at each step along to ensure the best results. Immediately after perming, she did a 0-2 fade around the whole head. This came out incredibly. The stylists were extremely friendly and fun. They also paid close attention to CDC guidance. I have never handed someone my credit card for them to sanitize then swipe then sanitize again before handing it back. The automatic hand sanitizer dispensers were a nice feature as well. I plan on recommending this salon to all my social media followers as well as friends and family. This salon really has it together. First time I came here and the last one. Girl name Nahid was very nice and she has a lot of customers service experience but honestly she ripped me off!! Called in same day for a toner and haircut. They took me within 30 mins. I found this place and saw great reviews, unfortunately i did not have the same experience as everyone else. While i was processing she took another client in, which is fine and started working on her hair. I got washed and rinsed and another lady walked in. She asked if i minded waiting a few minutes while she worked on the 2nd lady that walked in. I waited an hour and a half. Both of the lady's that walked in after me got their hair processed, and washed. My hair was almost completely dry by the time she came to work on me. When describing the type of haircut i wanted, she made inappropriate comments about how "some women don't look good with short hair" and asked if i wanted to look like " a little girl". She did my haircut in less than 5 minutes and sent me on my way with wet hair. Did not dry nor style it. Then charged me 175$. The cut was uneven and the color was botched. When i called asking for a refund she argued saying they don't "do refunds" and "not apart of the rules". I hope no one else has an experience like I did. read more

I absolutely LOVED going to paisley salon for the first time today. It was my birthday and they were able to squeeze me in with Lana and she is AMAZING. I got Exactly what I wanted and it was even better than I could imagine! Lana was so nice and caring and I loved talking with her. It was another hair stylist birthday today too so they had a cake and sang happy birthday to the both of us and we blew out the candles together! I felt so much love and peace during my time there.
