Tina really knows her stuff! She is absolutely brilliant and intuitive about healing and natural, Elohimly ways. She does her work as unto our Father YHWH in Heaven. Even though I have been doing my own personal research on natural healing for many years now, I have learned a great deal from this bright, young, gifted woman! She has been answered prayer in so many ways and has also become a very good friend. I always think of her when I need advice of all kinds. Tina pushed herself hard to become the best deep tissue therapist I have ever experienced. She has brought me out of intense level 9 and 10 pain several times when I was so disabled from pain that I could barely hobble into her place of business. My pain results from a 1965 Marine Corps break to Lumbar 3 when resulted in structural weakening to my entire spine. Oklahoma City VA diagnosed my then current Lumbosacral condition as catastrophic, progressive degenerative and principally Bastrup's Syndrome presenting at L3,4,5, and S1. The hinges are broken. No surgical correction possible. Plus all that separates 3 discs is a "gas spot". The remaining Lumbar discs are reduced to 60% or less. Tina Aide is top shelf. I know of no equal. read more

We started our business in NW OK and moved to NE TN.

Meet the Business Owner: Tina R.

Tina started A Hand 2 Heal in Woodward, OK because of a lack of availability of healthy foods and supplements that were made from food instead of dangerous synthetics. Her husband Adam came recently to help her run it. She was first trained in Aromatherapy in 1998 and has been expanding her knowledge ever since. In 1994 she was mentored by an old school doctor who taught her Muscle Manipulation. In 2003 after 4 brain surgeries, she decided to further pursue ways to stop people from suffering chronic pain and went to school to be a Medical Massage Therapist and to get a science degree. Her schooling included Anatomy, Physiology, Psychology 101, Pathology, Emergency Medical Response, Geriatric and Infant Massage, Medical Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Nutrition, and MUCH more. After completing this she went deep into the studies of herbs and effects of their chemical constituents on the body. She has the philosophy "If God didn't make it, don't put it in, on, or around your body."
