Not sure what happened but started to get the run around with refills, they didn't communicate with staff or have good DR notes, and it took forever to get anyone to help you. I was already thinking about switching but life is just busy, so I did not change providers, I put up with the bad service. I have been out of 1 refill for over 3 months that I was told was coming. I called to refill more prescriptions yesterday, was told I had to do blood work first and they would send over the order today. Not happy about that since I am almost out of another script but whatever. I get a phone call and was told sorry we no longer have anyone to do blood work in TX and we have to cancel and cant do a refill on any of the scripts you are out of. Mind you I had, had enough after the women I spoke to yesterday was a jerk and not helpful, and I was looking for a new provider (thank goodness I found one) but wanted to get my refill that I have been paying monthly for and why not get the blood work and check in with the Dr., before I switched, I do pay for a service I have not received for a while. Long story short, this company has horrible customer service, left me high and dry without medication, and the answer was just sorry we will refund 1 month. Considering it's only the 9th that is the least they can do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the customer service has gone in the toilet for most everything they advertise to provide.
