The worst experience with delivery company. I bought a cook…read moretop from Frigidaire and Divers logistics is the company that is responsible for all deliveries and assembly for Frigidaire. After few days waiting 2 guys delivered the cook top and told me that they dont have experience to install the cook top. After 2 weeks back and ford with Frigidaire the same 2 guys that works fro Divers logistics showed up again.I asked them how they will install the cook top and didn't answer me anything. Trying to remove the stove to change the cook top they broke my kitchen stove door and glass plus they broke the hangers. Both guys were high ( smell on Marijuana ) The worst part came when i start dealing with there manager Eric Young.This person is the most unprofessional manager i ever see in my intire life.After 50 days investigation we still didn't pay us saying that he is investigation the case. We do have camera and voice record that clearly the guys are saying that they don't know how to do assembly plus pictures on the my kitchen cabinets that they scratched and damaged plus the broken stove. Yesterday we even sent him the invoices for the new stove that we bought and the kitchen cabinets that we need. This company must be close right away.
