We had a situation where we missed our flights and post that the agency would not pick up phone calls, text, or care to respond. When we forced the topic, they gave us outrageous quotes and would not answer basic questions like why is your price overtly more than what is listed on the airline website. Response was, I don't work off the website, take the refund with penalty as I am busy with other customers. I don't take time to write reviews often but felt obligated to warn other consumers of this place's business practice.
