We rented a combo bounce house for my son's 4th birthday and it went very smooth. The jump castle was in great shape and the kids LOVED playing in it. Customer service was wonderful as well, I recieved a phone call the day before to confirm and he showed up promptly at 930am to set. This was my first time renting a bounce house so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a stress-free process and my son and his friend had a blast. These guys were recently the heroes to my 4 year old Godson (and all his friends) on his birthday. LIC jumping castles failed to show up despite a confirmed order that they had already taken a credit card for over the phone. This left a 4 year old asking "when is my castle coming mommy"? He had been talking about his monkey castle for over a month and was so excited. In a panic, I called every jumping castle rental place in town, and was saved by Gary from A Jump Above. Gary brought a castle to Reid Park from Oro Valley within an hour of my call. The price was reasonable; he got it set up, and the kids had a blast. The castle was amazing, and Gary was polite, friendly, and worked very hard to get us this castle in such a short time. We made a reservation nearly two weeks prior to my daughter's birthday party. Although they had our address since we made the reservation, we we're called THE NIGHT BEFORE and told that we live too far away and we now have to pay an additional $35 for delivery. We cancelled and we will never call them again. If you like dishonest business practices and being nickel and dimed, this is the place for you. They get 1 star because zero stars isn't an option. Everything that he delivered was clean and in great condition. It's also a great value compared to other party rental businesses we've used in the past. Let me start off by saying a jump above is very impressive. I initially went with the first company I saw on google but they called me 3 hours before the party to tell me their castles are soaked from the rain and they will not dry in time. My cousin who was attending the party gave me the number for a jump above because she had gone with them previously and was very pleased. So I gave them a call desperately hoping they could make it to my house in time for the party. I talked to David and he was more then happy to help, I called him about 10am and he made it my house by 12pm so I had a very happy birthday girl. Called this guy and text and didn't get a response til the next day. Made reservations for tables and chairs for my baby shower. Well what should have been the least of my worries turned out to be the most stressful and frustrating thing that day. I waited and waited and as it was about 40 mins after reservation time I text to see what was going on for my event was about to start. I asked if he was still coming and his response, "I'll try my best." I thought he was being funny or sarcastic til he asked me how many tables & chairs. I was so upset, my party had started, lots of guest were showing up with not enough seating to eat. He tells me it was going to be an hour before he could get to me. All I have to say is that it changed my mood from what was pose to be a happy day. Oh but of course pick up was on time lol. I'll never recommend or rent from here again. read more
