They arrived on time and we're very efficient getting everything set up. The table and chairs they delivered were in great condition, clean and very nice looking. I also rented linens from them which were clean and pressed. Renting tables sure beats trying to borrow odd sized card tables and rickety chairs from six different friends. Tremendous experience. Booking was easy and we made changes within the time they allowed, which was no problem. They came right on time to set up, and they worked with us so that we could have everything the day before since we would be busy all morning the day of the event. The set everything up and showed us how to use the heaters and coffee maker. The equipment was in good shape and looked very elegant. We were able to keep it until the next afternoon, which was also very convenient for us. They picked it up in the rain; no complaints and super efficient. We had a wedding at our house last weekend and ordered tables, chairs, linens and place settings from red diamond. They did an amazing job and even dropped off everything a day early so we could set up at no extra charge. When they dropped everything off, I gave them minimal directions and they set it up beautifully! Unfortunately, I broke one plate when we were cleaning up. We rented tables and chairs for my son's wedding in March. Jay was extremely helpful throughout the process. The day of the wedding was overcast, rainy and cold and Jay agreed to provide heaters for an outdoor wedding with no options to move indoors. What a lifesaver!! The heaters used in the pavilions kept the day from being a disaster. The wedding couple had their outdoor wedding and the guests were able to warm up by the heaters. Coming from Baltimore it did not seem possible to have weather other than warm and sunny, but it just goes to prove that nothing in life is certain.
