Most folks there are pretty cool except for the short older man with a slightly chubby face and white beard. One needs to educate him on directing folks correctly. Also, laughing at people who don't follow his chaotic hand direction shouldn't happen. Recommend either teaching him correctly ir or maybe have him do the drying. read more

The service here is fantastic. The employees are very friendly and professional. When I arrived, I failed to follow easy to read instructions and deserved to be yelled at. But the employees were patient with my mistake and politely explained the proper process. The wash itself was good for a drive thru car wash. My truck was very dirty and came out remarkably clean. They had folks who have dried my truck and windows after the wash. They did a great job. The price for the wash was reasonable considering the quality and time spent. read more

Nice Drive-Thru car wash. Not too expensive but not too cheap either. You get what you pay for essentially. Each wash you get a free car vacuuming & the staff outside doing the free window drying is really nice. They offer military discount and have a stamp card to work toward a free wash. read more

I've been getting my vehicles washed here for some time now, but this is the last time. The employees here are very rude and don't care what you think about it. My truck is black so it's a little harder to get clean, but it should look better than it does after a wash there. Fast, friendly and wonderful service. Apex did a great detail but was almost $200. A-key was only $48 and my car looks great. I guess they don't shampoo carpets... So if you have muddy floors this won't work but I am impressed. My car is shinny as new! And again, super friendly!!!! I met four different workers, all fast and kind! I don't understand what all the hype about this place is, I get they are one of the better places in town but you get nickel and dimed for everything. $12+ for the car was and the car doesn't come out dry so you pay more for that, then your rims and tires are still dirty so that's another $9, then $5 to self service vacuum . Sorry but where I came from there were free bug removal stations, the automated car wash was $5-$12 and your car would come out completely dry and the tires and rims would be shined (in the car wash). On top of that the self service stations were free of charge. Now I'm paying $30 for what I have gotten for $12 at other car washes. We used to be regular customers and had a monthly subscription but the brushes were scratching and dulling the paint on our car so we paid for paint restoration and ceramic coating, and only went through on an occasional basis. One time, in Nov of 18, my wife went through the wash behind a truck. His tires jumped the track and he got stuck in the wash, while my wife's car was pulled into the truck causing a low speed collision, and two small gouges in the front bumper of our car. The manager, Richard, took photos of the damage and statements from both drivers and promised to call us back after talking to the owners of the wash. After about a month and no word we called but Richard had some personal issues and hadn't taken care of the accident yet. Later we called and went in but he wasn't available so we left our number and were promised a call back. Needless to say we haven't heard anything back. At this point we have concluded that Richard has no interest or intention of making it right, so hopefully the A-Key owners read social media reviews and can hold him accountable. read more
