I pulled up to get an oil change. There was one car in one bay. I pulled to the other bay on the outside and waited for 15 minutes. No one ever came. They looked out the door many times, but never opened the door or told me anything. Waiting for 15 minutes for an oil change before they even open the door for you when they have a bay open ia terrible service!! I to report the incident and one of the guys that was looking out the window, but never bay door said they were busy with another. I told him usually I'm in and out in less than 15 minutes and they go ahead and wave you in and get you set up even if they have another car or else why have 2 bays? He was absolutely no help and offered no apology. I won't be going there again. read more

not all vehicles can get their oil changed here! I have a 2019 Nissan and they told me that they did not have the right tool to change my oil so they turned me away told me to go to Clovis. They are too cheap to buy a tool, instead they want people to waste their time and money sending them 19 miles to another location. I will never take any of my vehicles to Ray's Lube ever again. read more

The employees at Ray's go above and beyond every time I'm in! They use top quality products and the lucas oil additive is included in every change. They were quick to point out shoddy work I'd had done recently: an oil pump change that didn't include the replacement of my head gasket meaning I was pretty much running my car without oil!! They filled her up and replaced the gasket (at no charge to me) and had me drive around so they could check it again. LIFESAVERS!!! read more
