Verbal estimate was $12,000 with initial $10,000 to buy the product. After we gave him the $10,000, he sent us an invoice that it would be $15,000 instead. Told us he would send a contract as he picked up the check when we were gone. Never received one. Told us he would come in November, but kept putting us off saying he had another "big job" to finish but we were next. Fast forward to Spring of '25. Still hasn't come to spray our pool saying it's "too wet" and that he is still finishing the "big job" from the fall. First he told us weather had to be dry 2-3 days, then when the weather would be dry for a few days, he would switch and say "few weeks." We watched the forecast regularly, and when it would show dry for a few weeks, we asked when he would be there, he said he couldn't because he was in the middle of another "big job" and that it might still be "too wet." Eventually he told us we were "next in line" in the fall after he finished the big job, but then began saying he might be able to get to us in June. I kept checking with him all summer and got no reply. Finally, mid summer I contacted him again. He called me and said his "tech" guy said it would be better to only spray the inside of our pool walls, and not the entire floor, steps, etc. Told us we would get a refund of $2,500 to $3,000. Finally our pool walls got sprayed in September, a full year after we paid him the initial down payment. He pressure washed the inside of our pool (after telling us he had to postpone time and time again because it was "too wet") We have now asked multiple times for the refund we were promised. The first time we asked, he ignored us. Finally he said he would get us a quote back ASAP, then never responded. After a few more unsucessful contacts, he told us he is waiting on a "big draw" before he can pay us what we are owed. It is now mid November and we still dont have our money back. Brian has been deceitful, unprofessional, and has sent multiple hateful texts. Not one time in 15 months has he contacted us first about the job we paid him to do, and we have begged him to take care of us, as paying customers. He also sprayed sealant on our walls which stained our white coping around our pool. It looks terrible. He said he would clean it or paint it, after I called him out on it. He left without saying anything about the mess he left, and has yet to come back or contact us about cleaning what he stained. DO NOT hire this man for anything. I have been treated by him in such a rude and unprofessional way, that I will never recommend him to anyone. The product he finally sprayed on our pool was a good product, but no business owner should EVER treat a paying customer how we have been treated.

He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge.
