He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. Ive spent over 3k on elecrrical cause of wiring ground issues that even my elecrrician said should have been found. Im having to buy a water pressure booster and water pressure is something that should be checked. Simple things like the toilet doesnt work/flush and a shower faucet that fell off in our hand on day 1. Shower that has no sealant around the surround.
