Full Charge Bookkeeper/accountant for over 20 years coupled with office management for over 15 years. Contributing effective and accurate bookkeeping and office procedure systems for small to mid-size businesses in several diversified industries to include those needing job costing or inventory management. Concentration in start-up companies initial systems, financial software changeovers, clean-up and/or more efficient usage of bookkeeping/accounting programs, using excel, word, bill pay, etc in tandem with bookkeeping programs to produce reports that allow owners and managers to analyze profits and losses more efficiently and accurately. QB training is also available. Specialties: I have set-up initial programs and procedures for several start-up companies. I have handled several complex corrections of books that were either incomplete, recorded incorrectly or several years of data for clients not having a system in place. I have the ability to streamline the bookkeeping to run more efficiently and integrate other aspects of the business eliminating duplicate work efforts. My many years of hands on experience in QuickBooks and being a QB Pro Advisor provides companies with specialized features created within QuickBooks.

History

Established in 2009.

I began this business to be able to be home and/or work flexible hours to be a single mom. At the time there was a huge need for trained/qualified professionals in my area to work with small to mid size business' who may not have an office or could not afford to hire on a professional on their own payroll. Clients could get set-up with me and I would pick-up/drop-off their work on a regular basis, without them being home or at their small office and they could continue to be out in the field making money and providing their services while I was handling all of there Accounting/Bookkeeping at an affordable rate.
