The owners looked everything over, said all the right things regarding how the work would be completed and said they would do the job in 2 or 3 weeks. The price was reasonable so we agreed and a contract was drawn up. On May 7th I called and was told that we were certainly on the list of work to complete and would be called when they would be available to do the work. They also stated that the spring rains had slowed them down. On May 22nd I called again and was told their bucket truck was broken but would be fixed soon. I call again on July 24th and never got a return call. I called again in November, cancelled the contract and asked for a callback to explain the reason they didn't want the work, again, no response. I would like to know what happened. Next spring I will call someone else and start again. It's not very good business to just leave a customer waiting and not even return phone calls. I would never recommend this company.

To the point where I contacted them over a month ago asking for their help with a simple task with our landscaping, I received two responses and had to have my husband contact them to remind them what we needed them for. In one response from them that I received, I was given an estimated time to which they would be here, and they never showed up and still, almost NEVER respond to any of my attempts to contact them. I understand that people in this industry are busy with other customers, but when we paid almost $3,000, for the work, I expect to have some kind of service and to not be completely ignored when I try to communicate about the work that was done. Especially if the work was not good. One of plants that we were given over the summer shriveled up and died within the first few weeks of being planted, although we followed every direction to a T, that he gave us for aftercare. When we contacted him about the plant's condition, again, we were given nothing but excuses, and we were not offered a new plant to replace the dead one. Although what we paid for apparently came with a "warranty." I had high hopes when I hired them to work with us. But unfortunately feel that they are unprofessional, don't care about their customers, and it's just plain ridiculous. I would NOT recommend. We will be working with someone else from now on, for any landscaping needs; as I'm sure there are tons of others, in the landscaping industry that know how to put their PAYING CUSTOMERS first, and communicate with them properly.

When we started looking for someone to fix the botched job, I was hesitant, but Copper City Landscaping came in this summer and did the job better than we hoped. Not only were they timely, respectful, and put in a full day's work (on the hottest day of the summer), but they were also able to break up the roots, bring in topsoil, and leave my lawn flat for my littles to run around freely on.
