I called Crouse's Tree Service to get an estimate. The fact that they are full insured game me piece of mind as well. They came out that same day to look at the tree and were back a few weeks later to do the job. I couldn't be happier with the job! They were done sooner than expected and there was not one mess in my yard! They were very meticulous and even put boards down so that my lawn did not get damaged. When we started looking for someone to fix the botched job, I was hesitant, but Copper City Landscaping came in this summer and did the job better than we hoped. Not only were they timely, respectful, and put in a full day's work (on the hottest day of the summer), but they were also able to break up the roots, bring in topsoil, and leave my lawn flat for my littles to run around freely on. Don't be fooled by any of the pics on their website. This guy doesn't know the difference between smooth and level. This guy is a disgrace to all the professional landscapers out there. It was obvious he had no clue what he was doing, and left the debris piles where he pushed them. Now we're dealing with severe erosion issues because of the way he created slopes. He kept repeating, "I did it as I would have wanted it done if it were my lot",.... that's not what I asked for!! I have requested a receipt for the services performed and they will not provide one. Don't waste you time or hard earned money with this clown.
