Everyone's got their different preferences, there's tons of things to keep track of, and traffic and logistics is completely unpredictable in the Bay Area. It was extremely busy when I arrived with both regular patrons and their laundry and the Fluff N Fold service (day before NYE.) It took a few hours for my items to get done (she sent a text when they were ready) but I was already prepared given that I witnessed it being really busy! Totally loved the convenience! Everything smelled good, was folded well including my socks and underwear, and were placed in clear bags to keep them orderly and sanitary. Plus it was super affordable! Cheaper than a lot of other places. Definitely recommend!
