Unfortunately, too often my clothes are returned with little or no starch at all. This has become a recurring problem. The owner has even entered "heavy starch" into my customer profile, yet it is still hit or miss whether my clothes are prepared the way I requested. I spend an average of $60 per visit, which is too much money to have such a simple request ignored. Heavy starch is not a special or complicated request. It should be done consistently every time. This is a good business, and when they are on, they are on. I just wish they would provide the same level of consistency every visit.

Only $330 for bodice adjustments, hemming, adding slip adjustments, and a wrist strap. When I picked it up about 4 weeks later, it was absolutely perfect.
