No work could be done until Springtime. It was horrible for us and our dog who hated the dirty paws. We tried to find landscapers as we needed it all. We left a deposit with one who continually put us last on his list and so after we parted ways we found Summit Landscape. Deryk found a way to fit us into his schedule and the work was superb! He worked with us around the concrete being laid so it all fit time wise. He also helped us find a good tree person who installed the trees before the sod was laid thus keeping us from sod damage. Deryk was able to see the global aspects of the job and manage his crew to take care of items as they were needed so no time wastage. I was told that it is $90.00 an hour plus any parts. I said that we have not had any kind of estimate. If we think it is a small job and your technician finds it a much bigger job then we would not be able to pay, an estimate would be required before we would hire you for the job. She basically said, tough, that is the way we do it and our Tech is out a week and a half. I said, again, that is why we called 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing.

I called 3 more times over the space of 4 months, emailed once, and never got a response. Today she when I was finally able to speak to someone today... the woman on the line was rude, snapped at me, abrasive, pick your word for poor customer service. Totally disappointed.
