The body awareness I have gained is unbelievable. Erika is a master at working with individuals at all levels. I have a very scientific mind and appreciate working with someone who truly understands what she is doing and is able to explain in great detail how and why we are working the way we do. I now understand how I am supposed to move and I am able to approach any exercise in a methodical manner. This enables me to get so much more out of any activity. A class with Jenny worked for my schedule. She had a class planned out, and I appreciated her forethought. But as an instructor- meh. She gave minimal corrections of alignment and position. Minimal. Nor did she offer any hands on corrections, so far as I could tell. But I kept my regular yoga instructor's corrections in mind, and felt better for having made time for the class while out of town. I'd go back. And try a different instructor.
