This lady was very rude and…read moreunprofessional with children in the background and the tv or radio blaring,she was very short with her words, cutting me of while I'm speaking...not my expectations of being business oriented at all. in my brief experience with this establishment Esmeralda is a horrible place to call a business and to do business with. She gave me a quote of $375 without my drivers license number for my driving record nor VIN number to know what type of vehicle is needing to be insured. As I begin to inquire about renters insurance she became more unprofessional displaying a very bad attitude stating "Honestly if you have so many questions you obviously don't trust our service so you can go somewhere else" Esmeralda, I am a very intelligent professional individual who comes prepared with many questions when it comes to my benefits and finances. The first impression is EVERYTHING for all people places and things. If you're not open to making your customers and potential customers comfortable with what you're selling,then maybe you're in the wrong business and your business will NEVER be bigger than what it is. Questions are asked so people can have a better understanding of things that are beneficial for them and they're everyday life. Your community may think that this behavior is professional and acceptable but there is a way I as a human being and a paying customer prefers to be talked to and treated. I'll never beg a business for their service. Clearly I'll continue to pay and recommend STATE-FARMS based on their customer service alone. I will definitely share this experience with everyone and wouldn't recommend you AT ALL.
