Our agent had sold his Allstate business to Sharie Withers; everything was going okay until we…read moredecided to get a quote with another agent. After changing over, our exact date, it left a small balance that was incorrect. They "fixed" it and then it left an another even smaller balance. Communication was horrible on this. Left messages for Ms Withers and rec'd no return call. They did call about wanting me to come back to Allstate. Definitely wouldn't recommend & am glad we switched from her agency.
