Our family portraits were on the beach. She called the day before our appointment to ask if we had any questions, give us any advice on how to dress, and asked questions to get to know our family dynamic for the session. She was early on the day of our appointment to set up and make sure the lighting on the beach would be perfect for the shoot. Upon meeting her, she made us all feel comfortable immediately. She is so much fun! The entire session was full of smiles and laughter, and she really captured exactly what I was looking for. A few days after the session, she takes the time to set a viewing appointment and goes step by step reviewing all the photos with you to make the best choices, and her prices are very reasonable. Overpriced and way outdated business model for use of images taken. With other (very professional…read morealso) studios, I have always been able to have access to ALL of the photos taken for review and/or digital use. Ivory does not tell you about digital copies at all and it was a hassle to receive the few that we did. Their printed photographs are WAY over priced, but we didn't realize that until after the photos were taken. This can be seen on their website, where they do not post pricing for anything. The Photoshop and color grading on the final prints were also not my favorite, but they weren't terrible. They do get the second star because they were professional and efficient and the shots were well focused.

I didn't feel like my outfit was giving, but he made it work! He's very talented with not only capturing the right angles with the perfect lighting, but also with guiding you on how to pose (because I have zero experience).
