The private art opening featured a pork belly bruschetta with a roasted tomato jam which was so good I still think about it. The baked pecorino baskets with squash and chanterelle mushrooms were so beautiful and delicious. I've never seen anything quite like it. The wine pairing dinner featured a lamb pasta with a deep green nettles sauce that remains a beautiful delicious mystery to me. I thought nettles were weeds! The outdoor dinner on an organic farm in the Bitterroot included a Montana surprise: a cold rainstorm! The wines were fantastic and the food was so delicious it distracted me and I only remembered to take a few pictures. My friends and I were glad the rain didn't chase us away. We're all foodies and we agreed that this was one of the best meals we had all year.

When the bartenders arrived on location, it was clear that almost no direction had been given to them from our meetings with Ashley. They took advise from anyone who wanted to help and did not listen to the day of coordinator. Additionally, we requested several things with the service - three specialty drinks and no tip jars as my spouse and I would handle any additional gratuity (their base built into the quote is 18%). One of the specialty drinks was a basic lime margarita - it was undrinkable. We attempted to assist with modifications - still disgusting. Tip jars were also set out. As drinks were brought to us, it was not noticed by my spouse or I until the end of the night. When we confronted management, we were directed to Scott MacIntyre, who was just rude and had no accountability for the mismanagement. We were told it was our responsibility to tell the bartenders to remove the tip jars and how to make the drinks. Save yourself the trouble if you are going to utilize this company for a wedding - get a traveling bartender so you can order what you want and not pay $$$ for mediocre experience.
