Healthy & yummy on the go food, friendly staff! Will go back for sure! So many different options

The workers here are STANK ENERGY! Rude. Not friendly. Not happy. Clearly don't want to work. I am the ONLY CUSTOMER HERE. I walked in and greeted a worker, she looked at me and walked away. Another worker did everything but acknowledge me. I ordered my food online and they didn't even start until I got there. We had the best experience last time but 0/10 this time purely because of the workers. To add they completely butchered my order. read more

I would never recommend this place. The workers are all extremely rude. I usually only write reviews for places I really liked and enjoyed; however, after being there earlier, I feel this is necessary. I usually only get smoothies, because everyone I know who orders food has gotten food poisoning after eating Green Source food, and though the smoothies are not bad, they do not make up for the level of rudeness and awful attitude from the workers. It is also important to know that the attitude I received was completely unprovoked. I did not even get a word out before they were all extremely rude, and it was not even busy; I was one of four other customers in the whole place. And then after leaving, I find out that some girl I went to high school with works there, does not like me (I was never friends or close with her, so I am unsure how she has such a solidified hatred for me), now I am not allowed back, which is a bummer because there is not many smoothie shops in missoula. Overall, I am disappointed by the pettiness of their staff and their rude attitude toward people. NOTE: Beware when buying food there, there is a very high risk of food poisoning!! read more

I ordered 2 bohemian waffles to go to bring to the hospital waiting room for family members . The huge slices of cucumber instead of the thinly sliced pieces and then greens instead of micro greens on top was a huge let down . The presentation was not at all what I described earlier . I left with both orders as no one desired the waffle delicacy that I had described . Such a bummer ! I use to go buy 4 green daily smoothies on Monday for the week at $5 each . I did this for over a year . Since they raised the price to $7 , I have not bought one . Instead I make my own at home . read more

Our smoothie bowls were OK. Juice was alright. But my Buddha bowl went straight into the garbage at hone. The dressing is loaded with sugar (natural sugar or not it was not edible) and they left out several ingredients. Also I added in tempeh and it was raw tempeh with NO marinade whatsoever. $14 for a bowl of kale, carrot, and red pepper. I left a VM to get a refund so will update this post to ensure they at least do that. UPDATE: after several calls and VM, no call back. Changed my rating to 1 star due to lack of customer service. Don't go here if you are passing through town. There's better options! read more

I had to park several blocks away because The Big Dipper next door was super busy. When I arrived I noticed a MUST WEAR MASK SIGN on door. I forgot mine BUT I had a blouse on with an extra layer so I pulled it up over my nose and mouth. I thought I was resourceful and compliant! I apologized and asked if this was okay? The server huffed and puffed, muttering under her breath...finally saying "okay". She was apparently annoyed. There were 2 young adult girls in front of me, one of them turned & looked at me and said "if you aren't wearing a mask, then move to 6 feet or more from me!" I was about 5 & 1/2 feet from her. I stepped back not saying a word, but I felt so disrespected and shamed that I turned and left to NEVER return. I understand we live in an ever changing and unfortunately fearful world right now, but whatever happened to civility? Ya know, manners? Respect? The server could've nicely suggested that I wait outside which I would've done. So I wanted a veggie juice today and asked my boyfriend to pick me one up. I wanted Carrot, Apple, beet, ginger, parsley. The juicierge seemed annoyed and put out that he ordered a custom drink. It took about 15 minutes to get our $6, 12oz undrinkable pre-bottled "fresh" juice. The drinks were so horrible that we couldn't even drink them due to the heinous amount of ginger. The service was rude, the drinks were garbage and not worth the cost or effort. Go get an ice cream cone at Big Dipper instead. read more

I was traveling through and placed an order online, not realizing that my order would be ready in a matter of 30 mins. I ended up arriving at Green Source two hours later and was politely told by an employee that my drinks had been tossed since they had been made much earlier and were sitting out for a while. They re-made all four of the drinks I ordered at no charge. The smoothie I had was the yummiest smoothie I've ever had. Despite feeling rly bad for being super late to pick up my drinks, I was super appreciative of them re-making them for me. Would def recommend this place for their smoothies and coffee. I normally don't write negative reviews of local Missoula businesses because I love to support local businesses but I felt like I needed to this time. I had the absolute worst interaction with an employee today and it left me feeling embarrassed and not wanting to ever go back. I ordered my juice and the girl behind the counter immediately said: "have you even looked in the refrigerator to see if it is in there?" I didn't know that they carried juices in the fridge because I had never been there before and assumed you would order it at the counter. I quickly apologized and saw that the juice I wanted was not in the fridge. I told her that the one I wanted wasn't there. She immediately sighed and rolled her eyes. She then said: "Are you dead set on that exact juice? Are you really going to make me make it?" I was surprised by her reaction and I said "well that's kind of the one I wanted" and she replied: "can't you just grab another one?". Her tone was filled with impatience and annoyance. I ended up grabbing a random juice and putting it on the counter. I whispered to her that what she just did was very rude. I understand that it was busy when I walked in, but seeing as Green Source is a pressed juice and smoothie shop I didn't think it was too much to ask for a pressed juice. I have never been pressured into buying something I didn't want at a shop just because the barista didn't want to make what I had ordered (even though it was on the menu). It was just such an odd, uncomfortable, and embarrassing experience. My wife enjoyed the Thrive Bowl which was a solid choice as a first-timer. Veggies were fresh and the miso dressing was so tasty.
