After using this company for our other kids, referring customers, and finally calling them for another kid, they have switched up. We paid for a package of personal lessons, and had an instructor cancel as the last minute. The class was re-scheduled, then the instructor reportedly showed up to the pick up location at a certain time and left at a certain time. Surveillance cameras showed otherwise. Then the driver reportedly texted the student, which was also untrue. Clearly, they are operating under a different business model. Waiting on a refund now. Would certainly NOT recommend AB AUTO DRIVING and Traffic School.

The first two lessons for my daughter who is 15 were very good and we were quite happy. For the…read morethird lesson the instructor showed up with a faulty car, and told my daughter that despite some issues in the steering wheel, there was no reason to worry as it was "controllable". Within minutes they were on 195, on the left lane (third lesson ever for a 15 year old, what were they doing on the left?) when the car experienced more malfunctions with the windshield wipers turning on, and shortly after the car simply stopped. They were stranded on the left service lane for around an hour. The instructor called Ubers but they couldn't stop on the left. My wife went looking for them but also only checked the right lane as it is obviously where they should have been. Eventually they had to run across the highway to get the uber on the right. Yes mechanical failures may happen but what is absurd here is that the car had mechanical problems and the instructor was well aware of it *before* the lesson started. Yet he still had her on 195 on the fast lane. This entire episode was *extremely* unsafe. I asked for my money back and the school refused! I had to use the credit for another lesson (in which the report was never sent).
