There wasn't much redness, swelling, frosting, or soreness like I expected, and it honestly doesn't even look different. During the session, it seemed like the laser only went over the tattoo once, so I'm feeling a little confused and concerned about whether the treatment was completed correctly or if this is normal for the first session. I had breast implants, a tummy tuck, and liposuction with Dr. Jon S. Wilensky on August 17, 2023. I…read morepurposely waited to write this review because I wanted to be fair. Everything I read said to give your body plenty of time to heal before judging your results, so I did. I also kept notes throughout the process because I knew I wouldn't remember every detail later. Looking back, I realize there were red flags from the beginning that I ignored because I trusted the process. My consultation with Dr. Wilensky was done over Zoom. At the time, I didn't think much of it, but looking back, I wish I had insisted on an in-person consultation and gotten a second opinion. During that consultation, I explained that I wanted fuller, perkier breasts and asked about adding a breast lift. I was told I didn't need one because of the position of my nipples, so I trusted that recommendation and moved forward with implants alone. Communication throughout the process was frustrating. My patient coordinator, Dasaree, was very difficult to reach. I was also pressured to pay by a certain date to receive a "special promotion," only to later see the same promotion still being offered. A week before surgery, I was told my procedure had been moved to Bakersfield, meaning I had to make last-minute travel arrangements and ride an hour and a half home after surgery. The day of surgery was also disorganized. I was told to arrive at 10:00 a.m., but my surgery didn't begin until almost 1:00 p.m. after multiple delays. They gave me a credit of $500 for me inconvenience. As my healing progressed, I became concerned with my results. On March 20, 2024, I contacted Beautologie and spoke with Nurse Maribel because I wanted to discuss my concerns. I also continued calling over the following months, but I never felt like my concerns were truly addressed. On October 24, 2024, I had to undergo a revision to remove dog ears on both sides of my lower abdomen. While I understand revisions sometimes happen, I feel too much tissue was removed, leaving my hips uneven and out of proportion. I paid another $500. Now that I've fully healed, I'm disappointed with my results. My breasts don't have the fullness or shape I was hoping for, especially in the upper portion. I'm also unhappy with my tummy tuck and liposuction. I expected a flatter stomach and smoother contour, but that's not the result I ended up with. What disappoints me most isn't just the outcome--it's that I never felt heard when I reached out with my concerns. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts, asked more questions, and gotten a second opinion. Every patient will have a different experience. This is simply mine. I hope it helps someone else make a well-informed decision before choosing Dr. Jon S. Wilensky and Beautologie.

I mainly have been going to their office located on Camino Media, but I've been to their other location near Mercy SW. I'm not really sure how many locations they have in town, but both locations were really nice. The office is really clean and looks new or just kept well. They have a small coffee station at the front and they have a tv for the patients. The lobby is small, but the patients do not wait long. The staff is extremely friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. The girls are super professional and the PA I was seeing is really friendly too, but on my recent visit I was rescheduled with another provider Jill because he was no longer there. Jill was just as fantastic as the other guy. If you're looking for a dermatologist this is the place. This office is professional and very friendly. It's very clean, they help you with ALL your concerns and trust me... both me and my son had our lists ready. There's no issues at all with parking, my only complaints is that they get booked out far for appointments, but other than that I'm happy I found a great dermatology office. :-) Thank you for helping me keep my psoriasis on check!
