There was a good patient flow that started with vitals, to then speaking with the patient coordinator, to seeing the provider, getting my injection, and checking out. Staff was very friendly and nice my entire duration of visits I had there. I was on semaglutide for 6 months with only losing a total of 10lbs, with how pricey it was I was definitely upset, not at the staff but the fact that semaglutide didn't work out for me and ended up being a waste of money, I had a friend that started at the same time I did from synergy and she also lost very little weight. Im not sure if synergy is diluting there semaglutide or what but I would not recommend them for weight loss treatment. read more

I was talking to my Esthetician about wanting to lose about 35lbs. Jessica gave me a recommendation to go to Synergy Wellness Center. I looked it up and made an appointment for the next day! From the exterior, it's obvious that Synergy takes pride in presenting lovely landscaping and entry. The first thing I noticed was how organized and spotless the office is. The young man at the front desk was polite and efficient. I first saw a woman who weighed me and did an analysis from the scale that detailed how much I weighed, as well as how much was fat, water, and my BMI. She also took my blood pressure. I then saw my consultant Sarah. She asked what I was interested in, as Synergy offers a wide variety of services. Sarah was very professional and friendly. We talked about my desire to lose weight and perhaps additional services after I accomplished my goal. We agreed on a plan that meets my needs. Next I saw Karisa, a Physicians Assistant. She reviewed my information from my exam (weight, Blood pressure etc). We agreed on a plan. Everyone I saw and spoke too was so professional, kind and efficient. I was given a 5 day supply of medication and supplements to try. They worked well, and I was scheduled to return 5 days later for a check up. Everything went well with my plan. I'm slowly loosing weight. I feel good. I'm on my 2nd full week. Losing weight at 67 yrs old is harder then when I was younger, but I'm determined!! Give Synergy a try!! I'm glad I did!! read more

I came to Synergy looking for fuller, natural lips. I scheduled for Juvaderm but was told when I arrived that I would be getting Versa. I had not had the chance to do any research on Versa and afterwards know that the $600/syringe is pretty pricey for Versa. I ended up going for it and the injection was very painful. My main complaint is that my lips became very splotchy and I was worried about a vascular occlusion. Did you know that filler can obstruct blood vessels preventing blood flow to surrounding tissues causing necrosis and possible blindness?! I didn't until yesterday. Concerned, I contacted Synergy. To their credit, they asked me to email pictures and promptly replied, "That looks great! Not to worry!" However, I also sent the picture to my dermatologist who said, " No, that doesn't look right." I came in for an emergency appointment where she again said, "Nope, that splotchiness is very concerning." She is versed in fillers and knows what is normal. So I paid $600 only to then pay $550 to have it dissolved. Synergy would not entertain the idea of dissolving it until a minimum of five days and at this point I honestly didn't trust that had my best interest at heart. I understand this is a potential side effect and doesn't reflect the injector's skill but to dismiss me afterwards was upsetting and a potential health risk. read more

Well this was my first time getting any procedure on my face so naturally I was very nervous..I did my recon research for months, I looked at procedures, I followed them on social media, watched videos, looked up previous reviews, read up on common questions/concerns, frantically googled questions, made notes of questions etc.. it's my face ya know!?? But finally I just made my consultation with Dr. Trobisch..." just to see what treatment he would be recommending." (even if I decided it wasn't for me, I still wanted to get the feel of the Dr, staff, atmosphere & quote.) ...LIES, I knew I wanted it all... lol. He answered every question I had and explained in detail of each different brand & what pros/cons they each carried. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything & had my best interest in hand. I would absolutely recommend a consultation before just booking what you think you'd like, I felt he took his TIME & DID NOT RUSH anything!! He made sure I was comfortable the entire time, he takes pride in his work & will make sure you are completely satisfied. After my procedure was done he took even more time and went back making adjustments for his own gratification & then confirming if I felt/wanted to adjust different areas as well. I came across Synergy by looking for places that offered B12 shots as I was wanting some help with my weight loss journey. I researched what they had to offer and was interested in some of what they provide so I scheduled a consultation which was easy to do. The staff here is very friendly and I never feel as though I am not cared about. I did purchase a gift card during Christmas to give to my daughter as she is a young person and want her to be able to start with her skincare while she is young. Something I wish I could have done when I was young. Synergy is a great place for mother/daughter, husband/wife and I say husband because they have stuff to offer to men as well.
