Last year I had problems and was pleased with at how they addressed them. This year I have problems again, and I am now wondering why I have problems every year. The company killed about 20% of the grass in both my front yard and back yard. How does something like that even happen? And if it does happen - wouldn't you expect a company called "A+ Outdoor Services" would go above and beyond to address the issue? I have recurring issues with this company, and their response this year was a C- (barely enough to partially address the issue, and only after repeated calls from me). read more

They have definitely improved over the last year the mow crew does an amazing job there irrigation crew has gotten better definitely a good company for outdoor services. read more

Avoid A+ Outdoor Services. We had them turn on our irrigation this year and they flooded our house. They originally claimed that it was Xfinity's fault and put all blame on them. Now they've completely changed their story and are saying it's an issue with fittings (which is what Xfinity said as well). Clearly they are at fault. They did nothing for weeks and are charging to fix their own mistake. This is not a trustworthy business. They are not BBB accredited and you should avoid them. read more

A+ did a perfect job on fixing/repairing landscaping, edging, downspouts, and sprinklers. I couldn't of asked for a better result. The crew were extremely friendly and willing to make any changes. At the end of the day, they did a fantastic job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them! read more

Half assed work. High rates. Same problems over and over. I wouldn't give these people a dime if I didn't have to but I'm contracted with them through my association so I have no choice. read more

While we haven't employed A+ Outdoor Services, we did hire Jeff Weber, their "comprehensive construction designer," under the name of his previous company, which is now out of business. He designed a retaining wall for us that fell less than 3 years after during a heavy rain. Afterward we learned that Jeff specified a product the manufacturer informed us wasn't meant for retaining walls because it's not heavy enough - apparently it's meant for free-standing, decorative walls. In addition, he didn't build any kind of drainage system because he told us the product didn't require it. After the wall fell and we contacted him about a repair, Jeff's response was to deny all responsibility. In addition, he noted "be aware that the work was completed under LandSight, Inc., which was a 'S' Corporation, isolated from litigation, and most relevantly, that Corporation has been canceled for 3 years now." That would indicate Jeff's previous company went out of business almost immediately after completing our project, if not during. In the aftermath of the wall's failure, we also learned Jeff is not licensed in Minnesota. Jeff's biography page on the website for A+ Outside Services, he notes "My greatest virtues are honesty and integrity." We can assure you, from personal experience, that is not the case. All of that being said, we have no relevant experience with A+ Outdoor Services and can't comment on the quality of their work. However, we would caution anyone who considers working with them on a design project, given our negative experience with Jeff Weber. read more

This company did very nice work for our neighbors, so I thought my search for a great company had ended. I literally called 10 times and left my information, and was told that their sales department would call me back. I never received one returned phone call. I wasted a month and a half playing phone tag, thinking that it was just a busy time of the season. Very disappointing that a business would behave in this manner. read more
