Had to make multiple calls to the company only to find out they were unable to do the job.

They did a very poor lob on the exterior windows. They came back and tried again with very little improvement. They blamed on hard water stains and wanted $25 a pain test remove the hard water spots. We were never informed about charging extra for certain window with hard water stains It seams that if you have a company wash your windows, that they get them clean. Very unhappy with this company. Definitely do NOT recommend this company, A Pane in the Glass. Definitely recommend you use some one else. read more

I have used this company twice a year since I moved here in 2015. I wanted them a little earlier this spring because recent wind storms had caused more dirty splotches than usual. They came within 5 days of my call. My house has three levels: street level, upstairs, and daylight basement. I always have them clean inside and out, all three levels, windows and screens. The 3 crew members are quick and mostly silent while they work, one outside carrying a ladder, two inside padding around in footlets not at all fearful of my little dogs who bark about being stuck in their cages when strangers are here. The cost was exactly the same as last spring. If you want an estimate before you hire them, just call. When I was a new customer they looked at a photo of my house on Google Earth and I gave them a count of how many windows on each level; that's all. They can do stuff for you besides windows; I once told them to clean the gutters but it turns out there was nothing there so that was a one-time-only request from me. read more

Worst experience ever! Two thumbs down. Terrible job cleaning the windows, terrible customer service, unorganized and unresponsive!! Not only did the crew do a terrible job cleaning my windows (streaks, drips, smudges), but they were very unorganized (went to the wrong house, came to the appointment at the wrong time) and didn't bother to call me back when I complained. The crew even went so far as to lie about a "construction cleanup" conversation that never happened! Finally the next day, Justin Mock, the owner, called me back. Shockingly, he was the worst of them all deal with! There is truly no question why this company is infested with negativity and terrible customer service. I was upset about the terrible service I received from the crew and his office staff alike. He was defensive only wanted to make excuses. And just plain mean. The conversation ended with him telling me they wouldn't charge me (I already put a stop payment on the check because they wouldn't respond to me!). I didn't ask for a freebie, I asked for clean windows and at the cost of $8/pane I would expect them to have no streaks or drips. I will never do business with them again and I recommend you stay FAR AWAY from this company and it's awful employees. read more

I have used A Pane in the Glass at least three times a year for over 10 years now. I have always been extremely satisfied with the excellent job they have done. The crew has always been on time for the appointment and they are always cheerful and courteous, and very careful with my landscaping. The one time in all those years that some of the windows weren't quite as spotless, I called the office and they sent a crew out the next day to re-do those windows to my complete satisfaction. I have recommended this company to many family members and friends and will continue to do so. read more

So disappointed. Had them come for a post construction cleanup. Something with the soft wash process on the house was leaving a chalky, powdery film that wasn't rinsing off. When their guy showed me what was happening (so thankful he did), I called off the job until we could figure out what happened. Expected a call to help resolve the problem, but instead received the same invoice 4 times, was told I agreed to pay (not true), that I owed them for having a crew here for 4 hours (Really? Anyway, they were only here 1:15 before I knew about the problem), and basically that couldn't have happened because you can put their product on your skin. It took 3 weeks, but in the end, she implied it was my fault we couldn't do business and hung up on me. read more

I scheduled this company in August to install Christmas Lights the first week in November and wash my windows in the spring. They overbooked and cancelled our Christmas Light install, offering to re-schedule me the week of Christmas. Since the lights would cost $1500 and be removed in two weeks, it wasn't worth it to me. In the spring, a week before the appointment, they called and moved my window appointment. No big deal....We changed our days off to accommodate, and then they called on the day of the appointment at the time the workers were supposed to arrive and cancelled due to high winds (we have NO 2nd story windows). Again, they offered to reschedule...but my guess is we'd take another day off and they wouldn't show up again. We were done trying to accommodate their constant schedule changes (with no work done), and we've chosen to find another partner. They are too unreliable, and I would recommend caution. We are disappointed, as the reviews looked like they would do a decent job. read more

You can't beat the costumer service at their office or the friendly and knowledgable guys that work for them.
