well, I'm quite upset about this business and their billing, communication and verification…read more A message was sent to refund to a previous card due to issues with the other one, and THEY REFUNDED on the issued card. Instead of making it right and canceling that and reading their notes about which card to refund too, and also, calling to verify if that is a good card, they just refunded it incorrectly. Then instead of answering my emails, are calling to try and figure it out and work it out. I informed you of exactly how to make it right, and yes I was in billing and insurance so making excuses is not my favorite thing and shows unprofessionalism. Until this situation is resolved CORRECTLY, I will not be "on the phone" you can reach me via email, since you didn't want to answer my call for 5 weeks regarding this issue. Thanks.
