There was very little wait time, everybody was friendly and helpful. The whole medical team did an excellent job, they made her feel really safe and helped her with her nerves. They did a great job of figuring out what was wrong, telling us what we needed to do. Really appreciated the service that we received and appreciated that there was not a long wait time for triage or to be seen by a provider.

This hospital only cares about money - not patients. A friend recently had a foot surgery that went…read moresideways and the whole time all they wanted to do was send her home knowing full well that she could not take care of herself as she lives alone. They always blame the insurance company. Most of the hoop jumping to try and get her to a facility was done by friends NOT by the hospital. In the end they said they would charge her $1800 a day if she stayed past noon and she is on Medicaid. They sent her home with stitches in her hip because of bone being taken to put in her foot along with rods in toes. No weight bearing for weeks. When they released her I asked them "Can you guarantee her safety if she goes home, knowing that she cannot use a walker or even go to the bathroom without help?" The hospital nurse said "No we cannot guarantee her safety". WOW!! There it is right there - money money money. I don't know one person who has EVER been treated like this at Northwest Specialty Hospital. The doctors are amazing, the food is amazing - the mangement is aweful and the communication is even worse. I asked one of the nurses if she could send a case worker or advocate to talk to us and her answer was, "Well, if Ican find one". How pathetic that. Never would I ever rcommend this hospital to anyone. I will however, continue to go there for lunch - amazing food!

I went to the office in Post Falls. The NP treated me for a bladder infection. He gave me the…read moremedication to cure it but apparently it was not completed taking care of, so they put me on another drug. Ate that point, he changed one of my prescription for urgent need to urinate. The drug he switched me to cost over 300.00 per month. On my next visit I asked to switch back to the old drug that cost around 25.00 a month. He refused so I went to my GP and got it switched back and it works just fine. So to continue with my bladder infection, he decided to run some tests on my urinalysis. Meantime he advised me that he would not put me on another drug antibiotic until he got the results. Two weeks went by and no call, meantime I was suffering from my bladder infection. I called the office and came to find out the results came back a long time ago and immediately they put me on a prescription. Apparently this NP had totally ignored my situation. I'm not quite done. He then set me up to see the doctor, Chad Peterson, but I was not advised what for. The had done a scope done on my bladder and found nothing unusual. So when I went to the office to see Dr. Peterson, the nurse came in and said she had to prepare me for a procedure. I asked what procedure she was talking about and she advised me that they were going to go up my penis (don't know what they call this) I refused and asked to talk to Peterson. I had been seeing Chad Peterson for years. He advised me that the procedure wasn't necessary as the scope was just fine. The impression. I felt was that this NP reminded me that when I was in the Army, with a real bad attitude. I will never return to this office ever again. It was a nightmare.

I was provided with no information about other forms of treatment which I finally found after a lot of internet research. The icing on the cake! The conversations were always centered on fix the complaint but the cause of the complaint. Having had six shoulder surgeries - "non weight bearing" is not an option in my life. I also chase around a 2-year-old granddaughter almost daily. I was referred to Dr. Nunez by a friend he had recently operated on. Having worked in the medical field for over 20 years - I have very high standards for medical offices. The office is clean. The staff is very personable and attentive. After having a fairly in-depth conversations with Dr. Nunez and learning he believes that you don't fix the problem the complaint comes back. He spoke my language. Dr. Nunez operated on my left foot March 1. I walked out of the office post op. It went so well I scheduled my right foot for early June. I would also like to add - after hours communication is excellent. I highly recommend seeking out Dr. Nunez for foot surgery. I am forever thankful for his skills.

I have never felt more appreciated as a patient, more concern for my well being, more attentiveness to my comfort, more eagerness to help me achieve my goal of feeling better about my dental health and my goal of feeling proud of the appearance of my smile than I felt immediately when I entered Aspen Dental in Coeur d'Alene! I was immediately put at ease (I was very nervous) and I walked out with a plan to achieve my goal of Dental health beginning just a few days from now. Everything was made perfectly clear to me as to the plan to get me to where I wanted to be and things got started right away to help me achieve my goal. My Dental Assistant Ashlee was made for this job. I don't feel she even looks at it as a job but a way to help folks know they are welcomed and appreciated and feel they can achieve their goals because she was a delight from the very beginning making me feel like I'd known her for years. Talking with me and reassuring me all along the way as we progressed into the things that needed to be done to get me to my ultimate goal. We laughed a lot! Then I had the pleasure of speaking with my Dentist, Dr Mahmood, and she as well explained everything and answered all the questions I had with a reassurance I was going to meet every goal I wanted to for myself. I was then shown a video of exactly what my care would involve and I was ready to go! I then spoke with another member of the Team, Chris, who helped me achieve excellent financing so I could attain my dream reasonably. All in all, it was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've ever had in my 73 years dealing with something that isn't always something you like to do and that is dental work. I went to Rockwood clinic who diagnosed me with a large blood mass. Surgery was required to remove it. I considered a lawsuit against Dr "Cutting " and the surgeon said it was negligence and he would testify against him. Hopefully he's a better doctor now but I wouldn't recommend him.

I know of a dozen women who have had the same experience-he can't figure out what's wrong, so he says that the patient is having a break down or needs help. All the women have had serious health issues that he ignored or missed.
