This review is primarily for the emergency room…read more We recently had to take our daughter to the emergency room because she had a scratch on one of her eyes. There was very little wait time, everybody was friendly and helpful. The whole medical team did an excellent job, they made her feel really safe and helped her with her nerves. They did a great job of figuring out what was wrong, telling us what we needed to do. Really appreciated the service that we received and appreciated that there was not a long wait time for triage or to be seen by a provider.

I went to the office in Post Falls. The NP treated me for a bladder infection. He gave me the…read moremedication to cure it but apparently it was not completed taking care of, so they put me on another drug. Ate that point, he changed one of my prescription for urgent need to urinate. The drug he switched me to cost over 300.00 per month. On my next visit I asked to switch back to the old drug that cost around 25.00 a month. He refused so I went to my GP and got it switched back and it works just fine. So to continue with my bladder infection, he decided to run some tests on my urinalysis. Meantime he advised me that he would not put me on another drug antibiotic until he got the results. Two weeks went by and no call, meantime I was suffering from my bladder infection. I called the office and came to find out the results came back a long time ago and immediately they put me on a prescription. Apparently this NP had totally ignored my situation. I'm not quite done. He then set me up to see the doctor, Chad Peterson, but I was not advised what for. The had done a scope done on my bladder and found nothing unusual. So when I went to the office to see Dr. Peterson, the nurse came in and said she had to prepare me for a procedure. I asked what procedure she was talking about and she advised me that they were going to go up my penis (don't know what they call this) I refused and asked to talk to Peterson. I had been seeing Chad Peterson for years. He advised me that the procedure wasn't necessary as the scope was just fine. The impression. I felt was that this NP reminded me that when I was in the Army, with a real bad attitude. I will never return to this office ever again. It was a nightmare.

The Hayden office staff is lacking. Scheduling for an aggressive form of cancer referral appears to have been dropped. Repeated calls have resulted in the 'scheduler" not being located with the promise of providing her an urgent message to call me. After 5 days nothing. I was provided with no information about other forms of treatment which I finally found after a lot of internet research. The icing on the cake! The cup dispenser for the water cooler in the waiting room is nearly always empty. Odd for a Urology center don't you think?

Having worked in the medical field for over 20 years - I have very high standards for medical offices. The office is clean. The staff is very personable and attentive. After having a fairly in-depth conversations with Dr. Nunez and learning he believes that you don't fix the problem the complaint comes back. He spoke my language. Dr. Nunez operated on my left foot March 1. I walked out of the office post op. It went so well I scheduled my right foot for early June. Went in to get s set of Dentures , paid the 29 dollar fee for X rays and assessment, they took X…read morerays and they told me I had had to have all my teeth pulled before I could get dentures, but before they started to remove my teeth I paid $200 cash to get things started to have a Mold taken of my teeth, Why take a mold of my mouth with my teeth still in was to ensure I would use their services, ( Bait) . After removing my teeth they used the mold they took before my teeth were removed to make my set of Dentures, why not wait to take the impression of my mouth after my teeth were out is beyond me, Results were the First set of Dentures fit Horribly, So a Second set of impressions were taken 2 weeks after removing my teeth and took about a month to remake the 2nd set of Dentures, the results were Horrible. The proportion of the Top teeth were very large compared to the bottom set, So I went in again to discuss my concerns and was treated like I was Trash, So the Owner which is the practicing Dentist on site, after arguing with me, She Agreed that the 2 ND set of Dentures did not fit correctly and I was told to Throw away the 2 ND set of Dentures She then Personally took impressions of my Gums for a Third set of Dentures to be made that would fit correctly ,Meanwhile it has been 2 months since my teeth had been removed , Meanwhile i was Continuesly asked to Upgrade my policy, it took another 3 weeks to complete the third set of Dentures that the Upper set of Dentures did not look right and was told that they would have to remove the Soft liner for them to look right, after they removed the soft lining the dentures kept falling down and I was told to purchase Sea-Bond so they would remain in place, which they did not... Meanwhile it had been almost 3 months since my teeth were Removed. This all costed me With insurance over $4,000. I Contacted Corporate office for a Refund due to their Policy of Satisfaction Quaranteed and was told I would ONLY receive $1,395 back. This Dental office is a Bait and Switch routine, They prefer $$$ over Patient Care.

I went to Rockwood clinic who diagnosed me with a large blood mass. Surgery was required to remove it. I considered a lawsuit against Dr "Cutting " and the surgeon said it was negligence and he would testify against him. Hopefully he's a better doctor now but I wouldn't recommend him.
