This is the second year I used H & R Block and Carolyn. VERY HAPPY no issues. My issue is that the PDF file generated by H & R Block is totally unacceptable. The previous year there were no issues. 2018 filing has a huge diagonal watermark "DO NOT PAPER FILE NOT AVAILABLE AT TIME OF...." I need to be able to print a clean copy of my tax return at any time. I paid close to $300 and this is totally unacceptable. May people would have to send their tax returns for financial aid, credit application, etc. Having some writing obliterate your tax return is totally uncool. If this is not remedied, this will be the last time I use H & R Block.
