He misfiled our state paperwork and (unbeknownst to us) our refund was rejected; he then refused to answer any emails and left on vacation without a word. We found out by contacting the state--he never informed us himself. As such we were stuck in the lurch with significant amounts of money missing. As of this post we are still awaiting him to contact us. In short, this office could cost you serious money and stress due to carelessness--look elsewhere. UPDATE: In response to Mr Pappas's comment, below, I still maintain that he elides aspects of his services that I found distressing. Nonetheless, rather than belabor a back-and-forth, I would simply like to observe, without comment, that his reply makes clear he feels comfortable mentioning details of my family's return on a public forum. Potential clients would do well to take this fact into consideration when deciding a CPA with whom to trust their personal and financial information.
