Mykel and his staff were so quick to accommodate any of our needs as a family during the sudden loss of our father. Mykel and his team were diligent in making sure that every detail was tended to; he really went the extra mile. When you lose a loved one, challenges immediately exist, Mykel was able to guide us through some of the complicated decisions a family has to make. He promptly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were able to make it through this most difficult and precious time. Mykel made sure that the outdoor funeral we knew my father wanted went off without a hitch (even in the rain). He was succinct in offering us guidance based on his experience with my father with respect to the choice of casket, stationary, and so much more. We highly recommend Bratcher's to anyone looking for help during such a challenging time. Losing loved ones is tough - having a professional team serve in such a delicate capacity helps tremendously. We are so grateful to have had Mykel and his staff enter our lives at such a sad time; words cannot express the gratitude we will forever have.

They were very gracious when asked if we could have a few more minutes to be with Mom. Mykel and Brenda helped making arrangements for the funeral as painless as possible. They answered our questions to the fullest, were upfront with the various packages available, and were very patient with us. Visitation and the service were held at Bratcher. The Home was well prepared and Mom looked beautiful! Mykel and Brenda, as well as the staff, are very kind and considerate! I am so very glad we chose Bratcher. They did an fantastic job!
