If there ever is any problem Randy is all over it. What I also like is that they handle all the money is handled online so no worrying about money orders, or checks in the mail and calling to see if they have arrived. I can pay automatically and keep track of what payment I did. They even email and text payment receipts. Also with the key pad access code to the gate it is essentially 24/7. They don't recommend working in the dark, but they have motion lights and cameras. So basically its worry free storage without anyone fussing over you when you don't need it. I like that they have a gate with personal access codes and that the facility has someone living on site along with security cameras. Lighting at night is reasonable. Storage units are no frills (concrete floor, no lighting) with a vertical lifting doors that accept a padlock. But it also doesn't cost much to rent a space (prices listed on their website), which is also good. The one con is trying to get my boat in and out. The parking spots are just inside the gate but the face storage units so the clearance to back in and pull out is limited. A 20' boat and a small SUV is doable, but not much beyond that.

Quanyse toured us around the facility and showed us a few options. The facility is clean and has solid security. But, back to Quanyse...She had the best attitude and was really helpful. I was impressed because we walked into the office about 15-20 minutes before they closed but she was friendly and didn't rush us. Pricing is competitive. Needless to say we rented a unit.
