If you take your car here take a look at those pieces after you wash. My wife also used to take her car here but after entering one day we exited with a gigantic crack down our windshield.

He performed a complete internal detail and has done a great job. Price was excellent. But then to top it off I asked him if he could also do the interior of my 92 Mustang( that's 27 years of grunge). He jumped right on it and I'm amazed at what he did, the seats are several shades lighter and stain free and the old carpets... wow. I had an interior detail done at Adams earlier this year and came away very disappointed, today I got two cars done for half the price of one at Adams with far better results. Thanks JB, we'll do it again.

IDC what kind of mechanic you are you cannot do a full water pump replacement in under an hour, which is what they were saying. They told us to go to the waiting area to wait for the car to return. While in the waiting area another rep said he had taken a deposit on the same vehicle the night before. I took a half day off work to drive out there to see a car that was no longer available. Why couldn't the rep tell me that before I came out there.

So I went there and paid $130 for a complete detail. I had just bought the car . I take it on a Monday 10 am and pick it up like at 4 and vacuuming had not been done in the back at all and still had the crumbs in the seats AND the stain had not been touched . The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the manager was very kind and apologetic and told me to bring it back the following week . Ok great I take it back the following Monday , BACK WAS STILL NOT VACUUMED WHEN I PICKED IT UP And I thought that the stain was out because the seat was wet but the next day when it had dried up, the stain was still there in all it glory, it hadn't been touched at all. I didn't wanna deal with it at all anymore so I just left it like that .

Here's the story we are a Non-profit organization serving the community. So, we wanted to have a day trip and sent a deposit ($440.00) to book a bus with Robert Bynum. Well he failed to show up the day of departure stated he had the date wrong. Now remember we paid a deposit in Good Faith with him. We are now in almost 30 days and our $440.00 he spend on personal or Whatever but has been unable to give us our refund. All of this is due to him playing that he has a business but begging for upfront deposits and not writing or following up on anything. We did our part as to forwarding email reminding him of the departure day. But obviously that was asking too much for him to read them. He has promise now 2 times to refund our money giving us different dates. Now get this the last communication was he needed to check with his CPA... this is your laugh for today... Really... Mr.Bynum, God is not pleased with you using other peoples money and not being a person of your word. Where's the integrity. Bottom line please American NEVER USE this company/service for anything.....you are making a Big mistake...
