I came here for the first time right after they opened and had a great experience. The customer service and quality of the wash are the best of any wash in town hands-down. Whenever my friends and I take a girls' trip, we usually use my car since it's the biggest. This means that all of the food crumbs and shoe debris from a fun trip get left behind. So naturally, after every trip, I wash and clean out my car. This time I heard that the new wash in town was finally open. I'd seen it being built and was excited to try it out. When I pulled up, everything looked so clean and new. I was warmly greeted by a young lady who explained to me they are promotions. I decided to get the works to wash and sign up for the promotion. When I pulled in, I immediately noticed that the entry ramp was completely flat and more like a conveyor belt, which is much different than lots of other washes where your wheel fits between two rails--this no-ramp design made for a much smoother transition into the wash. As with most washes, you put your car in neutral and enjoy the ride. I always love this point because I can breathe and get my mental to-do list together. One thing I did take note of was how thorough this top wash is compared to others in town. It is undoubtedly superior. I didn't have to do any touchups afterward, and the car was dry. When you finish with your wash, there are vacuuming stations to clean and detail your car as you wish. Each station has two trash cans, two vacuums, and a vending machine with detailing products. The detailing bundle is only three dollars and includes quite a lot. It also takes cards exclusively, which means no having to search for coins when you need products. The vacuums are lovely, with lots of suction and extra-long heads that keep you from having to bend over too much while cleaning out your car. This setup saves your back and arms and makes for a much easier vacuuming experience. The other thing that I love is that they do free mat washing, which is also a huge plus, especially in a COVID world where you want to clean your mats, not just vacuum them. From November to December, I probably washed my car about five or six times and had a great experience each time. Always speedy, never waiting for a station or to get into the wash bay. The wash quality was still up to snuff, and the vacuums and other equipment were always in excellent repair. On one of those occasions, I saw someone's mat got stuck in one of the mat washing machines, and the person just left. I told the team member, and the gentleman repaired the device immediately even though another functional mat washer was available. I appreciated this sense of urgency and commitment to customer service. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to continue the monthly subscription beyond the promotion because the cost is a bit out of budget for a full-time student like me who is tight on time. The staff member and manager were amiable and understanding when I had to cancel. I will continue to patronize this car wash exclusively while here in Greenville and highly recommend them for genuinely the best wash experience in town. read more

Had a monthly membership and it was pretty convenient. Wash quality has gone down horribly. The brushes leaves swirl scratch marks all over my car especially the black pieces between windows. If you take your car here take a look at those pieces after you wash. My wife also used to take her car here but after entering one day we exited with a gigantic crack down our windshield. read more

I don't wash my car as often as I should, but when I do, I use Tommy's Express. The wash service is fine, and they have plenty of vacumes. But the people make the place. My car broke down in their parking lot today and they were super nice to me. I was stuck there 2 hours. They let me use the restroom; they checked on me, and asked what they could do to help. Went through this car wash for the first time and it completely scratched the hood and top of our Black Tahoe. The manager said there was no way his machines did it, but we didn't take it anywhere else after that wash and it was not like that going in. Now we get to spend way more than that car wash to get it fixed. read more

My car has been neglected with being washed other than by our free washing system....the rain. This is the second time here at Tommy's and I don't know who this guy is but Tommy can wash a car better than anyone in town. I chose the least expensive wash ($8) and was so impressed with how my vehicle turned out. The conveyor belt system as you stay inside of your car is easy to navigate. Put it in neutral and stay off your brakes...even I can manage these simple instructions. At the end of your wash, my car got blown off with Tommy's powerful drying blast furnace. The free vacuums are very powerful and got every lost French Fry out of hidden cracks that I didn't even know that my car had. Def coming back here for my next wash. Till next time..... read more

I pay a monthly fee to get my car washed. They are supposed to guide you into the wash tunnel to keep you and your vehicle and their equipment safe. I have to beep the horn everytime I come to get any service. I have asked for corporates phone number the managers name and phone number with no luck. I went the other day and sat there waiting and waiting I look and the employee is standing there looking at his phone so I beep. I was talking to my friend saying how lazy and sorry the workers were these days and he must have heard me. I go there today and are told I'm no longer welcome. I went back three times and finally got to meet the manager. Guess what? He does not care could care less about your car you or the service they provide. read more

Don't come here!! Your car will get scratched and the staff will automatically become very unprofessional!! I just bought a brand new vehicle. Purchased the membership & came multiple times - no issue. On Tuesday, July 16th at 6:32 pm, I started my car wash & it was stopped halfway through, causing my vehicle (that was in neutral) to roll forward and bump into the machine. This is documented on video. A worker came out & picked up the glide plate under my car and turned off the wash for me to exit. Once I noticed the scratches on my car I immediately called and set up a visit with Hunter C. Who did nothing but dismiss me & wouldn't even give me his manager/boss/owners information. I was simply told to "Google it". I found the corporate number and filed my report with them that way. I was told Raina would contact me the following day when she arrived back at work. Raina was the lady who initially came and took the malfunctioned glide plate under my car (she mentioned to me their manufacturer sometimes sends them the wrong sized components!). Raina never called, so I had to call and set up an appointment with her that she was almost 30 minutes late to. She took a look at it & relayed the information to Jay, i am not even sure who he is but I think he's the site owner? But he completely dismissed me as well. Saying it wasn't possible. HOW IS IT NOT POSSIBLE? Especially considering I did not have a scratched window & Pillar before I arrived at that location. Save yourself the headache & money. My brand new vehicle that I just purchased now has a terrible scratch that I am going to have to pay for because this company will not take responsibility for their faulty equipment/employees! read more

DO NOT go to this car wash. I went to this car wash this weekend and while going through the car wash, it slices my tire. There was absolutely nothing in it or wrong with it before I went there. They refused to fix it. The manager argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes about it. Worst customer service i've ever seen.
