Ok so the place is clean . The only reason I am leaving this review is because the transparency when u sign up isn't there. U don't get any paperwork either explaining membership. I signed up the 21st of April with alexa. I didn't even get a receipt. Didn't think anything of it. Came a few times everything was great. When I signed up Alexa explained i was paying 25 dollars for the rest of the month plus 68 dollars for the month of April then i would be charged for the month of June and then on unless I cancelled the membership. I paid $152.91 as she explained it was supposed to cover the 25 for the reminder of April the $68 for may plus I bought an accelerator and the glasses. I come in today and she tells me that the payment didn't go through on the first of may which doesn't make sense because this month was supposed to be paid for. Then she was very argumentative. Honestly I'm not saying you should not go here everyone has a choice of where they spend their money but if u do decide to sign up for a membership here just make sure you get a receipt and paperwork explaining what you are paying for so u don't get scammed like I did. read more

As a new resident of PSL I was really looking forward to finding a local tanning salon. I researched and found A Perfect Tan. The facilities are nice and clean and the girls up front are really nice. But, as a first time customer I was disappointed that the prices online do not reflect the correct prices. If the owner has prices online that are current they should be given to the customer. If they don't want to do that then they should update their online presence. The fact that the price wasn't honored for me, especially as a first time customer, caused me to make the choice to not return. It is a shame too because I wanted to purchase a monthly membership! Not that it will affect their business bc I am just one person but it was upsetting for me. read more

I love A Perfect Tan. They have great options for beds, the beds and rooms are very clean, all of the girls that work there are super friendly. Pretty nice beds, some definitely better and newer than others, but staff is very accommodating with helping you find the bed of your liking. Also priced higher than others in the area, but they always have better beds, lotion options, and better service than others read more

Bought a high power membership for 30 days of unlimited tanning for a decent price of $86. I really enjoy the matrix which is all bronzing however I also make rounds to the stand up and high pressure lay down. Of corse because I have been tanning for 10 years I always buy lotion and $45 was decent for my bottle. The place is super clean from the front to the bathroom and honestly I appreciate things like that. Especially because of the times we are in but in general this place is where people go to sweat lol so it's nice that's everything is clean and when I come in my towel is already in my room. Jessica is very nice. She signed me up and when I come in is always ready to get me going into my session. Only thing I will say is the winkies should be free. read more

This is an awesome tanning salon - good variety of beds - staff is friendly & helpful - they run coupon specials all the time Just wish all the tanning rooms had a mirror so you could check your face/hair before you leave - but restroom is usually always available- I really enjoy tanning here! read more

This place sucks - NOT a good place to tan! The beds are super OLD and the FANS DO NOT WORK in at least 5 of the beds I've tried over the last 3 months of my package. Initially, the girl at the desk with the short spiky black hair and glasses said the owner was fixing it, but nothing has been done in going on 4 months now!! Tanning bed fans should blow hard enough to literally push your hair all around like you have your car on blast, and are the first things to go out on tanning beds - hence why all these old beds are blowing nothing.. Go elsewhere, while the salon is decently looking the actual tanning beds are NOT UP TO CODE! Go find another place with properly working beds for your money! read more

Not only is this place expensive but they have terrible customer service and they do not clean their beds properly. I started getting white spots on my back which is a skin fungus that lives in tanning beds if not cleaned properly. After realizing what was happening to me I decided to cancel my monthly subscription to them. I walked in just two days after paying for the current month and told them I wanted to cancel. I was not able to get refunded for my $60. I wasn't going to complain until all she had me do was sign a paper and said have a good day. Didn't even bother asking why I was cancelling. So I'm here to tell you that they do not care about their customers. All they want is your money. If you have to go to this place ask to clean the bed yourself. read more
