Energy Spa is a hidden treasure for hair extensions- I would travel to NYC and worth Ave to get My Extentions done. I bumped into a friend with perfect gorgeous hair a few years ago I asked her where She got her hair done and She told Me of Energy spa. I decided to try it - Marina did an Extraordinary Job - I was so Impressed - She did a better job than any of the places I had gone and wasted thousands of dollars - for fraction of the price!!!! Very unprofessional. Made an appointment several days in advance for a massage. My first time visiting this business. I arrived 5-10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I checked in and was told that they were running a FEW MINUTES late. I sat, ignored, for 20 minutes before approaching the receptionist and asked for a manager. She told me she was the manager and proceeded to make excuses. They had my phone number and could have/should have called if the schedule was backing up. Will never go there again. Left very disappointed and felt that my planned weekend of pampering was ruined by them. read more

By far the best tanning salon I've ever visited. They have the best and most modern tanning beds, including Velocity and stand up. Bulbs are frequently changed. Beds are always clean. They also have plenty of beds so I've always been able to go right in without an appointment. Great service too. I haven't used any other of their services yet. read more

I go to Vero on vacation to visit my family about once a year, and every time I go, I get a full leg and underarm wax from Lisa.I live in Boston and have had waxes at very fancy spas on Newbury St, as well as the back room at my favorite nail salon. Spent $165.00 to have my grey covered....didn't happen! Kayla said the grey blends??? REALLY with brown hair??? NOT happy, was told the owner would call me...NEVER happened. I was offered a "free" touch up from the manager (I called), Katy would do it. Made an appt. for my "free" touch up....first thing out of her mouth was, I expect a gratuity, next was if I wanted my hair dried it would cost me $25.00... What happened to free? I already spent $165.00 for a LOUSY job. I then asked for my money back. AGAIN I was told the owner would call me...it's been 4+ weeks NO call, NO refund. I went to get my eye brows waxed. I LOVE THE DECOR. The staff was incredibly friendly and I didn't feel like I was in a salon. The receptionist was so funny. She accidently started the spray tan machine prematurely and the owner was so calm she didn't show any sign of being upset. You can really tell the people love working there. I wasn't going to write a review since I always hate saying anything bad but even a year after my wedding I look at the pictures and cry over my hair not only the final product but the memories of what a horrible experience at energy spa. I had personally gone into shop months in advance and also called and confirmed weeks before the appt making it very clear on my wedding party and I appt for the wedding. Well when I got there instead of being booked as a wedding it was booked under special event even though I made it clear it was a wedding several times. The girl who did me was rude and made it clear this was all my fault for not scheduling a wedding event even after I told her I did and even on day 1 of schedule I have my vale. So she punished me by doing exactly the opposite of what I wanted when I said something she started talking under her breath and very aggressively changed the style but still not what I asked for and then she was done and I left in tears. Most of my girls had to go elsewhere or do there own hair. When I was maid of honor at my friends wedding we had such amazing experience at another place and still talk about it but not here. Not very happy here anymore. I have been a long time client. Started back when it was Planet Beach. I'm even in their reward program where I pay $70 a month for tanning. I recently purchased a hair conditioner an was not happy with it. I tried to exchange it an could not. I had to contact the manufacturer who had no problem exchanging it for me. I complained an got a non apologetic written Facebook message from. Marina the owner. I did all the calling and I am the client. I know the ladies at the front desk did all they could an they were very nice about it. But not the owner she could have cared less.. So I am canceling my package with them and as luck would have it my stylist has already quit an went elsewhere. Apparently other stylists are leaving. That speaks loud and clear about this place. I have been tanning here for years! I have never had a bad experience. The staff are the friendliest, prettiest, funniest people I have met in this town, including the owners. They are fabulous!! The rooms are ALWAYS clean, and the whole place smells soooo amazing, you just wanna stay all day long! The front desk ladies are so knowledgeable they not only have the most amazing customer service skins, but they have been trained tremendously on all services throughout their spa and tanning salon and also their sister salon next door Eden Salon and Med Spa. You can really tell they strive for the best customer experience. Thy know every member by name! Hundreds of them. They can refer you to fabulous hair designers and master esthetician's right next door with the same friendly atmosphere! This place and it's sister salon are my one stop shop for beauty! This tanning salon is far superior then any other local competitors they have the highest quality max beds! 10 min max lay down UV beds with high pressure face tanners and 9 minute max stand up beds! I will never go here again. Such a small tight place with everyone packed on top of each other. The front desk girls are so snobby. They charge $82 for a month of tanning and the beds are old and not that great. I came in one day and signed in on the sign in sheet to tan. Nobody ever asked me what I was there for. I sat there for thirty minutes thinking all the beds were taken. I went to the desk and asked and she said all the beds were available. So I wasted thirty minutes siting there while everyone ignored me and the other customers. You guys need to get it together because you pretty much suck. read more
