Massage: My therapist asked me about what was bothering me and how much pressure I liked, but otherwise got straight down to business. It was a full body massage (when we made the appt they did not ask for what type and automatically set it for 1 hour), complete with oil and moist, hot towels that concluded the massage of each body region. The spa insisted on charging us for the full service even though they refused it. They told me it was my husbands fault for not mentioning the pregnancy when he made the appointment. The cancellation policy states that no-shows and cancellations are subject to a charge, however this was a cancellation due to an unknown spa policy so seems completely unreasonable. I recommend that management considers clearly stating this in their policies to avoid unnecessary charges and wasting the time of their clients.
