My home needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. They came on time, were friendly and professional. One bathroom had stuff sticking on the floor that I couldn't remove, and they took care of it. The shower was disgusting but they cleaned it and made it like new. I saw on a Facebook post at 10 am that she was on a field trip. Lovely. I again texted her and said how unprofessional and disrespectful it was that she did this and that we were depending on her. She texted me back and said "sorry, I emailed you", which was a lie. Why now are you answering my text? I live in another state and we had several future medical arrangements made based on when the house was going to be cleaned so that my aunt could get the in-home healthcare that she needed. I was over it and done with Jessie and wanted to find someone else but my cousin reached out to her again and asked her if she could still clean and she said yes. She called me once with a restricted number and did not leave a voicemail or a way to contact her back. Her website states that they have a 24hr emergency line, I left a voicemail, but they never called me back. I desperately searched online for another contact number and found her cell phone on another website. I even call that, left a voicemail, and no reply. I emailed the company, no reply. I finally got a hold of her later in the day (through the number I found on a random website) and she stated that her office is closed on the weekend and the number I called was an office number. But on the website the office number is the same as the emergency number?? She also told me that she was doing me a favor by offering a weekend service. The website also states that they offer services 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Also, she said that the Groupon states that "no shows" and canceled appointments without 24 hour notice results in a forfeiture of Groupon. Where is that anyway on Groupon or her website?? I searched EVERYWHERE! She was pretty nasty with me on the phone after I told her that today and Sunday are the only two days I can use the Groupon and I cannot reschedule. I asked her why she didn't just leave a voicemail or call me without a restricted number. It is like she gave up! Sneaky way of avoiding the job, not letting me call her back within seconds of her calling? I explained that she didn't give me a way of reaching her. She kept saying that she knocked for 15 minutes (my brother was upstairs sleeping-as a Dr with a night shift would- but went downstairs beforehand and unlocked the door at around 8:45am). She states that she knocked for 15 minutes and no one answered, but there was a business card left on the sofa INSIDE the house? Wow, you were inside the house but didn't clean? Um, hello, ALL businesses leave a voicemail. While talking to her, not only did she keep on interrupting me saying she doesn't have time for this, she also hung up on me! What a very unprofessional woman with very unprofessional business practices! I feel robbed.

Since I wasn't able to use the deal, and no one was calling me back, I requested a refund. That next day someone finally called me back to reschedule. It took me requesting my money back for them to call me back. I decided to give them a 2nd chance and scheduled another house cleaning for this Thursday, however when I called to confirm the appointment, the phone number was disconnected. This is not a reputable company. The customer service is horrible and it seems to me like they are not even a legit business. DO NOT work with them!!
