The bathrooms had visible debris on the walls indicating that they were not wiped down. The carpets were vacuumed but that seems to be the extent of the cleaning. Isabel offered to return to "redo the pictured items" but I had other contractors and a tight timeline so I had to correct the issues myself in order to not delay moving in; she refused any kind of refund. For a $500 cleaning I expect much more.
