Horribly disappointing. I was in a pinch as my regular landscape guy got injured. Called George who…read morecame out and quoted me $2500 for what I had contracted the other landscaper for 1700. Trim bushes, clean beds, cut new bed edges and lay (3-4 yrds) mulch. His workers threw down mulch leaving several thin and bare spots. THEN they trimmed a handful (less than half) of bushes and of course were unable to completely clear the debris. AND the beds were never cut. I expressed this to him and he seemed genuinely apologetic exclaiming multiple times "I'm a man of my word, I'll make it right". After a couple weeks of not being able to come out and do it right, he said he would just issue a partial refund. Then ghosted me. nothing about this transaction was worthwhile. Over the following weeks, the owner, George Bourounis, scheduled the job six different times, but each appointment ended in a no-call, no-show. At that point, communication immediately stopped, and my deposit was never returned, even after I sent a certified demand letter. I am considering taking this company to small claims court as they took my money and provided no services. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision before hiring this company. Joe was prompt and clear with all communication and he and his team were efficient and personable. They cleared out old ugly brick pavers and a fire pit from previous owners of our home, installed French drains, brought in dirt to level out portions of the yard where the project was being done, and created an extra gravel parking spot to allow for parking/storage inside our privacy fence. After seeing how efficient and skilled Joe and his team are at their work, we are especially glad we did not try to do this project ourselves. Save yourself a lot of time, cuss words, and marital stress by hiring Joe and his team for your next landscaping project! They do great work!
