I brought my PlayStation 5 in for a cleaning. But this was only a temporary fix it continued to go into safe mode anytime it was turned off. I could not complete a system software update through the internet or USB when downloading the file off PlayStations website. They went on to tell me that it's not a hardware issue that is causing my system to not be able to complete an update....very unlikely and not even given and explanation of what they did to even try to remedy the problem.
